Oh, I would LOVE to see a before and after pic of when you started your great skincare routine. I took pics when I started mine, and I cannot *BELIEVE* the improvements in my skin color, texture, and smoothing of my wrinkles! We really can’t tell when seeing our faces daily, but when there are pictures, the results are definitely there, and they’re amazing

The last year or so I was trying all kinds of Vitamin C serums, and creams n stuff, but I just wasn’t seeing any results. I prefer using peptides much more than a Vitamin C. I just don’t think Vit C shows a lot of results. I honestly don’t even know what they’re supposed to do 😆🤷🏻‍♀️. But I can definitely see improvements in my skin using peptides daily! They really soften wrinkles, and give my skin a smooth, glass-like finish. Love them. As far as I’m concerned, the way to get glass-like skin, is to use an AHA-BHA toner, Tretinoin, sunscreen, and peptides. This is what’s given me a lot of great results

Hi, just a correction for the NIOD serum. Such a low level of glycolic and lactic acid will not exfoliate the skin but will bring hydration. Those acids acts as moisturizing ingredients at low concentration. In order to exfoliate the skin you need a much higher level concentration and a low PH that the skin around the eye can't handle. The delicate and super thin skin under the eye does not need to be exfoliated unless you want to damage it.

I have a bottle of Niod FECC and for some reason if I use it more than 2 nights/days in a row, I get mega irritation. I think it’s due to the L-ascorbic acid which is like middle of ingredients. I don’t usually get reactions from acids like lactic and glycolic but it’s that ascorbic acid 😢. I love the DRMTLGY neck cream! I highly recommend! I’ve gone through 2 bottles and it makes the neck and chest sooo soft. It also has 5 peptides (I believe) and some other good stuff. I’d be curious to see how it compares to the Necessare

Ashley you are seriously such a delight to watch and learn from! Thank you for all you do! I just wanted to ask if you have tried to eliminate inflammatory foods from your diet to help with redness/other skin related matters? I have an autoimmune condition and have been following a more specialized diet for 4 years now and it drastically changed my skin for the better; since rosacea is an inflammatory skin condition, I was wondering if you ever tried the AIP (anti-inflammatory paleo) diet for example? Happy to discuss more and share resources if interested! Wishing you all the best!

@@SincerelyMissAsh I remember why I thought that... Someone had written a comment on one of you videos making reference to you having botox because they figured you didn't have expression lines or something like that. It is good to clarify what you have or haven't done.

Yeah I receive a lot of comments like that so that's why I wanted to make sure I mentioned in this video that I have never had botox/filler before. I always want to be honest and transparent❤️

I love your videos and think you’re adorable! Just wondering if you eat ALOT of carrots or other orange veggies /fruit?? I don’t think you have redness; to me it looks a little orange; this can happen from eating too many orange veggies. Also, I noticed my face became a somewhat orange when I used dapsone gel (used for acne) along with benzoyl peroxide products; not sure if you’ve ever used either of those products but thought I’d mention it. Keep doing what you’re doing! You’re gorgeous ❤

Thanks Ashley, I appreciate your new skincare routine. But I'm interested in why you dont use a anti oxidant like the 3% reservatrol or the Nyod survival somewhere in the routine
@SincerelyMissAsh
@SincerelyMissAsh 2 жыл бұрын
I keep my Resveratrol + Ferulic Acid and/or Survival 0 for when I am using Vitamin C serums because a lot of antioxidants are not recommended to be used with Copper Peptides so I like to keep them separate to achieve maximum results.

I am confused. I noticed that you used buffet + copper peptide before the B5 but we are also told to apply skincare from thinnest to thicker cream
@SincerelyMissAsh
@SincerelyMissAsh Жыл бұрын
Both serums are “water based” so it doesn’t matter too much on which one goes first but I do prefer to apply my copper first. You’re right, thinnest to thickest is best when layering but when you’re using a product with the same texture “water” it doesn’t matter too much in my opinion.
