I've been a long time sub of yours. We are at the same stages of life (age, grown kids, hobbies, ADHD, etc.) this is why I think I have continued to follow your journey. I needed this video! I've fallen out of the habit of "morning" journaling. I think I have been blaming this ungrounded feeling on everything except for giving up journaling. Thank you for this video! Please consider releasing this worksheet as a digital download. Even as an A6 or Journal card, I really resonate with these questions.

I have four homeschooled kid from 4-14 So my morning routine is at 5am. I make a cup of coffee and then head to the basement to lift weights. Then I walk a Mile on the treadmill while I read for 20 min. Then I go back up and have my time w Jesus and journal and plan my day as my kids are rising. One day it won’t have to be quite so early but I do treasure my quiet a.m. hours.

If you do your routine at night, think of it as being EXTRA ahead of the next day instead of behind! Haha! Same with Bible- if study works better at night, just spend 5 minutes in the morning refreshing what you studied while you brush your teeth or something.
