Blaze literally dreaming in the background of this episode 😂 😂

Get a sunrise alarm clock! They slowly wake you up with light (like a sunrise) so that can stop you from remembering your dreams, and it means you can set the time that the sunrise happens! The nice ones also have sunset mode for evenings!

When I fight someone in my dreams, their faces are like rubber and my fist just bounces off of them. It’s SO frustrating 😂 31:45

A lot of food items and ingredients in American food is illegal in Europe. If someone is Celiac in America, they are celiac everywhere, so don’t try to eat gluten in Europe if you have actually been officially diagnosed with Celiac. But if someone claims to be gluten intolerant but finds they can have gluten in Europe, you are not gluten intolerant. You are having a reaction to the stuff they put in your food. I think American food standards need an overhaul if they actually want you to be healthy.

I NEVER see my own self in dreams. Im just like this invisible being hovering above whatever my dreams are about. If i do somehow see myself in some way, it is ALWAYS as a stranger. Like, i know it's me. But it's not what i look like. And if i am there (looking like someone else), then my partner or friends are also other people. I say their names, and we have our normal conversations, but we're all just random people

Rachel’s tangent about emotions was hilarious and I laughed outloud because she’s so damn relatable. Like…. I couldn’t be more identical to someone when she’s like this😂

Most of my dreams I'm running from something. But sometimes I'll take a break from those dreams to participate in a play or musical I did not know the plot or practice for, which ends in me running away from something 😅

Rachel there is something you can do to stop dreams, smoke or eat a little THC before bed you won’t dream a wink. I haven’t dreamed in years and it’s been great, I too had stressful dreams often.

People probably jumped on ACOTAR because SJM wrote throne of glass series first and I've heard it's better.

To add to your ACOTAR statement/question. If the ending of the first book got me even if the rest wasn’t good, I’ll give the second book a chance :) I do love the series. As I’ve read more books, I see the flaws but I did read it as a older teen so it holds a place in my heart

I listen to the radio for most of the day. I live in Canada and we have the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the CBC and it's ad free for now. Hopefully it continues that way. I find my ears tune out when nothing interesting is on and tune in when there's something I should listen to. I love it! Personally, I don't eat any processed food at all. I think that's the trick.

I feel you. I had a period of time where I would wakeup screaming. In real life I had a medical emergency where I dehised and had a hard time stopping my bleeding. The paramedics took a long time to stop the bleeding. But in my dreams I bleed out and I'd be gone. That's why I'd wake up screaming. There goes that night of sleep. Get back to sleep? We don't know her nope. I spent months of 2 hrs of sleep at night.

I also hate dreams. But they are just a way for the brain to sweep out and clean up all the activity it had all day long. There is no meaning to any of it. Every night I tell myself to have no bad dreams, no nightmares and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep it in my sleep and don't remind me of it in the daytime. It's worked for the most part. We are in control of our thinking. Keep working on it Rachel and it'll get better. Practice.

Pasteurization is done with heat, not chemicals. And yes there are too many preservatives and chemicals in our food also.

My dreams end up coming true about 60% of the time, and idk how 😂. I dreamt I met some of my favorite actors; within the span of 6 months, I met them. I dreamt I got a cat; the next week, my mom came home with 2 kittens. I even dreamt I went to Dallas, and the NEXT DAY, I met someone on twt who's now my best friend, lives in Dallas, and I visited her 2 weeks ago.

You should have your gall bladder checked. Those were my initial symptoms. Certain foods would bloat me to the extent that people thought I was pregnant. A lot of vegetables were triggers. I'm glad I found out what was happening when I was. Unfortunately, I lost my health insurance so I waited 3 years to have it removed. In that time I grew another gall stone. Don't wait. I was miserable!! Good to rule it out.
