1. I didn't know you love Skylanders back then, that stuff was my childhood and a funeral for my parents wallet's lol. 2. One of my most requested fights from that series is Falcon (Marvel) vs Jet-Vac (Skylanders), both used a jetpack to fight/shoot evil from the sky as they are both flightless beings, and later joined of powerful and elite heros to fight with them against evil.

Great vid! I thought of a Spock Matchup a while back, wondering if you'd like to give it a look due to your interest in a Spock Matchup! Spock VS Tech (Star Trek VS Star Wars) Members of a specific click of space explorers that constantly go on away missions down to planets and take on odd space-jobs for their bosses. They take a less combat-oriented role, more focused on research and analysis (Science Officer and Computer Specialist). Despite this, they are combat trained from birth and can fight just as if not more well then, the rest of their group due to their use of strategy. They are not fully human and grew up in a segmented culture (Half-Vulcan and Clone). They very rarely emotion / react in any way besides logically, but despite this, they care deeply about both their crew and their cause. In a last ditch effort to save their team and the people they care for, they sacrifice their life (Spock repairing the Warp Core while taking radiation and Tech Shooting a second cable car holding him to send another cable car forward, saving the others as he falls to his death).

Skylanders Spyro Vs. Twilight Sparkle is a matchup that could have episode potential. Bringing back two characters in their stronger states (Skylanders scaling and EoS Twilight scaling to the god tiers without being nonstandard and needing prep time.)

@@Timewarpiaman Even without The Simpsons Guy, it's pretty clear cut that Peter Griffin has that fight in the bag. He has survived from far worse, far more direct injuries than Homer. Not to mention, the overall unpredictable nonsense in Family Guy gives Peter some advantages Homer wouldn't have without non-canon Treehouse of Horror episodes. Even if we would get this match-up in Death Battle, I say it's on same level as Freddy vs. Jason as we already know how it would end up, even though, you're right, Homer from The Simpsons Guy MAY BE a variation of the character.

Honestly, I hope death battle does a folklore matchup at some point, particularly Big John vs John Henry has probably been my most wanted matchup from them ever since they did Wukong vs Hercules It's an American folklore matchup that's extraordinarily thematic, has great battle potential, Is decently debatable (Although John Henry may have at least one feat that renders the debate null and void Although I have yet to see evidence of the feat) and tremendous animation potential with great escalation with it possibly starting out as a friendly exhibition boxing match between the coal miners and steel drivers until it's revealed to Both Johns before the match starts that the owners of both of their companies have a huge bet riding on it and if one of them loses it means the company they work for goes out of business which means all their people are put out of a job which puts both men into this do or die mindset where if they don't fight their hardest and win the people they work with and genuinely care about lose their jobs, So it starts out as a friendly boxing match but quickly escalates as Both men make it clear to the other that they aren't going down until eventually the two are fighting throughout this frontier town and get access to their respective weapons with it all ending in a bittersweet victory with the Victor although winning also dying due to the physical exhaustion Which is another unique trait that this fight has where I can have a melancholic or tragic ending with both fighters dying similar to might guy vs all might Again this matchup has been my most wanted for a while and is probably the best American folklore matchup at the current moment Like I know there's a few others The people want for American folklore Like the American folk hero Battle Royale but I never much care for that one because it's extraordinarily one-sided cause Pecos bill is casually star level while all the other American folk heroes that I've heard be put into this matchup are at their highest probably continent level There's also Davy Crockett vs Guan Yu which is a matchup I like but I'm not sure how well it would work out as an actual fight And there's finally Wukong vs Pecos Bill which is a battle i do want to see but not right now, It's just too soon to bring back Wukong

Going medium by medium, my picks would be: Anime & Manga: InuYasha - I'm surprised they haven't touched this series yet. It's a classic anime with a lot of good, battle-ready characters. Western Animation: Chaotic - I don't care if it's an obscure series, it's one of my all-time favorite action series and there are so many good characters to use from it. Comics: The Walking Dead - Most of my favorite comic series have at least been touched on (without getting into the really obscure stuff), but this is one of the last ones left that are fairly big. Plus, Death Battle hasn't covered nearly enough horror characters. Live Action Movies & TV Shows: Doctor Who - I know the Doctor is more of a thinker than a fighter, but there's so many other characters that could inspire a decent match-up, especially the villains. Video Games: No More Heroes - This series is loaded to the brim with battle-ready characters. Travis may be the most obvious pick, but characters like Henry, Shinobu, and Bad Girl having more prominence than a single boss fight show that this is a series DB could come to multiple times. Even one-time bosses like Nathan, Alice, Margaret, or Destroyman could inspire some great fights. Other Media: Dungeons & Dragons - Same as how DB worked with classic mythology, they could interpret versions of different heroes and villains from tabletop roleplaying games, and D&D is the biggest one out there.

I know an unpopular matchup idea and it’s Dreadpool vs Waluigi (Marvel vs Mashed) Connections: both of them are alternate versions of popular fictional characters and they both kill all of there respective universes Dreadpool kills the Marvel Universe, and Waluigi kills all of super smash bros, and more(there are probably more connections than that but I might have forgotten about them) Who wins: Not sure I think it goes either way but Dreadpool could win with the carbinanium sword, and due to some of his hax, but Waluigi could win due to his raw stats, and/or you include scaling him to the characters that he has defeated but again I’m not sure who wins I think it could go either way but I am not sure. Track name ideas: 1. Mashing the universe 2. Purple Dread 3. My Ultimate Desire Track genre: a rap song in the style of all of the Waluigi vs Super smash bros and Just do it now, and x gin give it to ya. The track could be the actual dialogue in the fight just like in Mashed. Animation style: Hand drawn in the normal Death Battle style of hand drawn, but mixed with the mashed style.

Anime: Jjk and Chainsaw Man are obvious, but still ongoing, so they’re not likely. Magi or Speed Racer would be great, and if they could make it work Yugioh would be amazing. Live-action: No real nostalgia picks here, but Indiana Jones or Pirates of the Caribbean are great ideas. Novels: Wings of Fire. These were my go to reads as a kid. As a Skylander fan I have a couple of good Skylander match up so here a few Kaos vs zim (Skylander vs invader zim) short villains that are voices by the same guy that try to take over there home The Spyro battle royal (Spyro vs legends Spyro vs Skylander Spyro) there the same character Skylander vs Pokémon games that start a trend in game that are about collecting them all The portal master vs the travel (Skylander vs genshin impact) god like being that get summon to there land and can summon the land best worriers The darkness vs hades/calamity ganon (Skylander vs kid Icarus/ legend of Zelda) hades, villains that are behind the evil in there games and destroy the thing that was to defeat them (core of light and the three sacred treasures) and the fake credits/ ganon, villains that would have won if ancient technology didn’t bring back the hero (the portal master and link)

The biggest one I wanted other than Kirk VS Han was actually Vader VS Obito, and now that that's done I don't have a ton more in mind. I will say that I'm warming up to Luke VS Paul from Dune, it doesn't seem like the closest fight but I think it works very well thematically and I'd love to see Luke come back to today's Death Battle quality

I've seen Vortech from Lego for Kaos, maybe is his best? Idk As for me, my most wanted franchise is easily Fate series, i know it's kinda hard to introduce it, but for me the best option is easily Saber (Artoria) she's the poster girl of the series and is pretty easy to talk about For me Saber vs Ky Kiske from Guilty Gear is the best for go, best for both, bring Guilty Gear back, it's fair, has a debate etc (Archer Emiya vs Hakumen from BlazBlue is also pretty good for a first episode but i think Saber has more weight)

Love to see the Xenoblade series implemented in some way just so that the beauty that is REYN TIME can be shared with more people. Though if I had a pick it would Windrunner Kaladin Stormblessed (The Stormlight Archives boomstick ironically got me into that series) vs Percy Jackson. I think it’s a neat matchup for two book characters I would set in on the coastline during the coming of a highstorm just to be fair and give each character the best clash for their powers

Totally agree on Skylanders. Well, technically they did include features from Skylanders and Skylanders Academy iterations of Spyro in Death Battle before for Crash vs. Spyro, but a straight up Skylanders character would be a welcome addition. I know I may have Crypto and Marvin the Martian as my most wanted MUs for Invader Zim, but I think Kaos would work as Zim's opponent perfectly. Other Skylanders MU that could work is Wolfgang vs. Ember McLain or Mettaton and Falco vs. Jet-Vac. But I still pick Shantae over any Skylanders MU when it comes to most wanted video game series popping up to this show. That being said, there are two most obvious MUs for that series: Shantae vs. Sash Lilac and Tron Bonne vs. Risky Boots. Edens Zero, now that that manga is nearing it's end, would be nice to see in Death Battle. There are a few MUs I can think of for this series: Hakumen vs. Weisz Steiner to have another Cable vs. Booster Gold type of MU, Shiki vs. Radiant Black to have a gravity MU, Overhaul vs. Drakken Joe to have a fight between two crime lords that can alter matter with their hands and Gray vs. Homura to have a fight between two Hiro Mashima characters that have some bad habit left from their childhood training under the deceased mentors they saw as their mother figures. From live-action movies, yeah, no questions asked, Child's Play. And Chucky up against Springtrap makes most sense. OK, Slappy would work too, but Springtrap is more comparable with Chucky. My second pick would be Gremlins. Most people pit them against Critters, but I don't think those things have enough stuff to even keep up with Gremlins so Rabbids would go better as their opponent, even if Rabbids have more suitable opponents in mind in form of Minions. If there are some book series that MIGHT be overdue to show up in Death Battle, I suppose Witcher and A Song of Fire and Ice books are the ones to point at. I'm not all too familiar with these series, but I suppose Geralt of Rivia, Arya Stark and Daenerys Targaryen would work in Death Battle swell. OK, there is ONE book series that I do wanna see in Death Battle for sure, and that's The Chronicles of Narnia. People keep going on and on that Aslan is WAY more powerful than the movies let us believe and Arceus would make most sense as his opponent. Comic books, that's easy: Usagi Yojimbo. And Miyamoto Usagi fighting off against some other animal character with ancient Japanese fighting style. Finally, cartoons: Yeah, Looney Tunes is the most obvious pick for me, but there are a lot of options I can go with: Jackie Chan Adventures and Xiaolin Showdown right from the get-go with Shendu vs. Wuya, Biker Mice from Mars fighting some other TMNT wannabe team like Street Sharks or Avenger Penguins, My Life as a Teenage Robot with Jenny facing off against Astro Boy, Grim from The Grim Adventures against Lord Death from Soul Eater, Happy Tree Friends with Flippy fighting against Conker and Miraculous Ladybug pitted against Randy Cunningham, the 9th Grade Ninja. And at this point Blitz from Helluva Boss could be used but choosing a PROPER MU for that guy is REALLY hard since he's like The Looney Tunes Show version of Daffy Duck mashed together with Bender, but pitting Blitz against either of those wouldn't feel right.

Live Action Movie/TV: Small Soldiers - I'm more of a fan of animation, so I had a hard time coming up with a series for this one, but I settled on this because I'd love to see Major Chip Hazard vs. Buzz Lightyear. It'll just take me back to me playing with my own toys of them as a kid. Comics: Kick-Ass - Kick-Ass vs. Casey Jones has been in my top 10 most wanted match-ups for years. I've also seen people suggest Hit Girl vs. Damian Wayne which I guess is the best match-up for both, so why not. Western Animation: Adventure Time - While Finn & Jake vs. Mordecai & Rigby is the big one, and one I'd love to see, you can do more with it. Marceline vs. Ember McLain is a decent one, and I'd like to see Ice King, but he doesn't really have a match-up that I'm in love with. Anime/Manga: Konosuba - I mean come on, the main four are right there, they can make an episode on each of them. Even though Megumin vs. Klee is the one serious match-up that comes to mind. Even if I did once see Aqua vs. Magikarp as a suggestion and thought that it was funny. Books: The Reckoners - Since it would be too narcissistic to say my own series Discordia (even if I have like 5-7 different match-up ideas that would work.), I went with this one instead. Okay I will admit that this is fully for one match-up that I doubt we'll ever see, unless The Reckoners gets an adaptation that becomes popular, I really want David Charleston vs. Billy Butcher. Hell, I think you can even go all out with that fight and make it The Reckoners vs. The Boys, but that may be a bit too crazy. Video Games: Skullgirls - The two main match-ups I would like to see are Filia vs. Millia Rage (though Shantae also works as an alt) and Big Band vs. Inspector Gadget. Though I love Skullgirls so I'd honestly take any episode with it.

If not that, a super unlikely option that would make me pop off is the Trails series of JRPGs. In fact, I kinda groaned when Dimitri was revealed to fight Guts, because the best matchup for Rean Schwarzer (the protagonist of a huge arc in the Trails series) is actually Byleth. So I kinda hoped that would've been what happened to introduce both series to Death Battle. Plus Brandon Yates made an awesome custom track for this matchup

I’m in a bit of a hard place. I would say Indiana Jones is my most wanted series in Death Battle, but it’s really just got Indy himself as a viable combatant. Red Dead Redemption is one of the best video game series ever and it only has two entries, and while I’d love to see it… it’s probably not happening. For no good reason, it has some absolutely banger matchups. John Marston vs Kenshin Himura, Dutch vs Captain Barbosa, Sadie vs Elizabeth Swan, etc.

I'll do what you did and name new series that I want to see on Death Battle along with matchups. Live Action TV Shows: Once Upon A Time. Even though I stopped watching it partway through Season 6 I'd still pop off seeing Wiz and Boomstick talk about a series that helped shape my love for fantasy. Naturally my most wanted for OUAT is Loki Vs Rumpelstiltskin but there's so many characters that could get a chance too. Seeing Emma Swan would be sick, and don't even get me started on Regina (she could either appear in an Evil Queen battle royale or just against Mira Shards from Ever After High, whichever one's better). Live Action Movies: More Horror Movies. Seriously, we need to get either Sadako Vs Kayako or Freddy Vs Pennywise this year. Or both if we're lucky. Comics: Hellboy. Do I really need to say more? It's Hellboy. Give me Hellboy vs Nero any day. Western Animation: The Owl House. Such a good series that really should get an episode on Death Battle. If it does appear we're likely gonna get either Luz Vs Anne or Luz Vs Akko first, either one I'll be down for. Anime/Manga: Rosario+Vampire. Seriously, this series is underrated (and needs the Brotherhood treatment in terms of anime adaptation), so I'd go nuts seeing them discuss the world of Yokai Academy and its inhabitants. Itachi Vs Akua will forever be my most wanted Anime/Manga matchup, but there's many characters that would have me hyped to see them too. Juvia Vs Mizore is arguably the best matchup for both characters, Moka is likely to fight either Mirajane or Rin Okamura, and Tsukune has way too many opponents for me to even count. Books: I can't decide between Percy Jackson, Hunger Games, Warrior Cats, or even Animorphs on a book series I want the most, so why not all of them? I'd be down for Harry Vs Percy or Percy Vs Lapis. I also really like Katniss Vs Triss (which seriously makes mr sense than feeding Katniss to Daryl, guys). Warrior Cats is my freaking childhood and I don't even know if there's any matchups that'll work but I want it so bad. Also, Animorphs is pretty based, plus they could give us an army battle with Yeerks Vs Go'auld (which also gives us Stargate which I'll also pop off for). Video Games: Genshin Impact. I can't say enough how much I love this game. I also can't say enough just how much I want Raiden Vs Raiden Shogun. Seriously Death Battle, we get a battle of the thunder gods and you'll make my year!

I'd love when Discovery is finished to see U.S.S. Discovery vs. Andromeda Ascendant- both from shows based on Gene Roddenberry's ideas, both featuring ships that are displaced through time, both featuring sentient AIs that are integrated into the ship, and both enter a period in time where their respective space-faring organization (Starfleet and Systems Commonwealth respectively) have been reduced significantly in size, both of these ships now being required in order to help restore it to its former glory... and both have forms of near-instantaneous transportation! Andromeda is for free to watch on KZbin so research would be easy enough for it and Discovery is gonna come to an end with just fifty episodes, and getting two new franchises in one fight sounds awesome. Otherwise, could Spock vs. Sherlock Holmes work? Characters described as cold and emotionless, using logic to solve problems, and depending on the adaptation, Sherlock is a formidable opponent.

Okay so as I love the anime back during my Middle and High-school days (and half of it is my personal favorite match up) I’d like to see a match for Yo-Kia Watch, my top pick for it being Jibanyan vs Shoutmon from Digimon Fusion. Also Freedom Planet, it’s my favorite indie game, love the idea of Carol Tea vs Tangle the Lemur and I just want more people talking about it. Also there is still the current want for a folklore/mythology battle which I’d like to see Odysseus from the Greek tail the Odyssey fight Sinbad from 1001 Arabian Nights. And so I end it on an even number and because I’m a Disney nerd, a Wonder Over Yonder fight between Sylvia and the Bravestar Character Thirty-thirty.

Bakugan was also my favourite thing growing up because unlike Pokemon & Digimon, I was there throughout to witness it's entire run. I also grew up with the Beyblade Metal series so I'm not opposed to Dan vs Gingka. Though I'm not crazy about it as the animation potential would be for lack of a better word; creative. A spinning top vs a marble that can transform into a dragon, that will be an episode to remember. My person picks for new series? Live Action TV Shows: Power Rangers. Gears of War is one series I would like to try someday and RAAM is among characters I would wanna see in Death Battle. His defenses are REALLY tough for a FPS character due to having armor, tough scaly skin and the Kryll swarming around him. And the Kryll themselves are one hell of a ranged attack that ferocious swarm makes sure his opponents have a hard time getting close to RAAM and even then attacking RAAM close doesn't sound like the best idea. Resistance might be difficult to include in Death Battle but I'd take it, but when speaking about Sony's FPS IPs, Killzone is easier to use. And from that series, Colonel Mael Radec would make most sense since he is the most famous character from that series and has an impressive arsenal.

First off gotta say tom and jerry vs Sylvester and tweety being mentioned is giga based as it’s my most wanted matchup ever but the main reason I’m commenting is that I am aware of a skylanders matchup death battle could potentially do that would not only be possible given all the stuff they could mention but would also be one of the biggest scale matches they could do that being Lord Kaos from skylanders vs lord vortech from lego dimensions The connections are quite huge They both are the main antagonists of Toys to Life games that involve a portal as the base to put the figures and in some cases the vehicles on. (This one is obviously referring the Portal of Power and The Lego Gateway, with the vehicles being apart of Superchargers and Lego Dimensions) These games had competition in stores due to the market of Toys to Life growing but eventually ending, however it still can be seen as a rivalry matchup. Because of Toys to Life dying, their franchises have ended on cliffhangers, although they can potentially come back in the future. -They both have the power to create portals, that they mainly use to allow them to take items/enemies from the dimensions to help them fight. (Kaos being a portal master means he can command portals, summon them, and some instances use them for travel, while Vortech has ancient powers that allow him to manipulate different types of portals for similar reasons.) However these portals can tear apart dimensions, and even pull very important objects and people from the universes, making them very unstable with these powers sometimes. -They both have control and power over the elements, with Kaos controlling the Skylands elements with Vortech manipulating Fire, Water, Air, Electricity, Earth, and Ice. (Kaos being apart of the Kaos element means he's able to use the original 8 elements of Water, Life, Undead, Fire, Earth, Air, Tech, and Magic. While Vortech has the power of the Keystones, one of which grants him the ability to tap into the elements.) -They both armies that span across dimensions, with Kaos invading Skylands and The Second Dimension, with Vortech invading the Lego Universe. Thanks to their power of portals, they can summon these armies in an instant. (Watch one of the Spyro's Adventure and Lego Dimensions trailers to see what types of enemies are in the armies they both have. Kaos' army has invaded Skylands in the mainline games multiple times and invaded The Second Dimension with his army in Battlecast, while throughout Lego Dimensions Vortech sends Lego enemies throughout the dimensions.) Kaos has his army but not limited to the enemies only shown here. While Vortech has his army again not limited but shown at the beginning in this video. -They both have similar methods with wanting to achieve their goals, with wanting to round up and assemble the most dangerous villains around to help them (Kaos freeing the Doom Raiders and other villains while Vortech assembles the most dangerous Lego enemies and bad guys in the universe.) -They both have similar powers with being able to create objects and enemies, shape shift, grow and shrink things, use the already mentioned powers, and even more. (Kaos in Imaginators gains the power of Mind Magic, which allows him to create objects and enemies resembling himself, while Vortech can create objects like giant pillars, jail cells, and enemies that resemble himself too thanks to his ancient powers.) However they utilize these powers a bit differently, and they even possess unique hax that can turn the tides in the fight, with Kaos being able to give Vortech amnesia, manipulate time, possibly hypnotize him, and even possibly steal Vortech's powers with The Mask of Power. On the other hand Vortech can manipulate energy, corrupt Kaos and assimilate him into a new Vortech, can manipulate gravity on a universal level, and even sense ripples in time. -They both got defeated by getting banished somewhere out of their reality but came back one way or another (Kaos got sent to our world in Spyro's Adventure while Vortech got banished to the perfect prison, however they came back eventually.) -They both have assistants who they treat horribly but still worked for them until a certain point due to them doubting their plans and disagreeing with them. (Glumshanks was fired by Kaos in Superchargers due to him not wanting Kaos to destroy Skylands and the Universe, while a character named X-PO worked for Vortech but didn't want him to destroy the Lego Universe and argued against it, but he was then banished by Vortech to another world.) After that, they decided to work against their masters and help the heroes. The only difference is Kaos was manipulated by the Darkness to destroy the universe completely and realized how bad it actually was by remembering what Glumshanks was trying to tell him, while Vortech went through with it but was stopped, but it's still a good connection. -They both are mostly portrayed as powerful and dangerous threats, however they do have their silly stupid moments that make them a bit of comic relief at certain times. (Kaos has too many comic relief moments to count but if you played the games or seen the trailers you'd know what I mean. While as an example Vortech dresses up as a mummy and a cowboy as unintentionally bad disguises to fool the heroes, and in the Scooby Doo world he recites the famous "I would have gotten away with it!" line. However this doesn't stop them from being seem as scary and even threatening when they need to.) -This isn't a connection, but they have interesting clashing personalities and motivations, Kaos wants to spread doom and chaos over Skylands and other worlds in the universe by conquering them, while Vortech wants to stop all the chaos in the universe and spread "perfection" by destroying all other worlds besides the one where he presumably came from completely. It would be neat to see that worked into the dialogue in the fight. Especially since Kaos doesn't like taking orders from someone else, whether it be the Darkness itself, the Doom Raiders, or his own perfect clone, while Vortech manages to convince the Lego villains to work for him, mainly out of fear, that could even be how the fight starts. With Vortech opening a portal into Skylands and trying to convince Kaos to work for him but Kaos being Kaos refuses to, and instead fights back against Vortech due to him not wanting to destroy Skylands and other worlds to achieve "perfection". It's a fight that could happen if they actually met in canon, because of their opposing goals and personalities, and the banter has a lot of potential, it's a guy named Kaos vs someone who wants to end all of chaos in the universe. -They both are voiced by popular actors, Kaos is voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, while Vortech is voiced by Gary Oldman. -They both have to resort to outside sources to gain more power despite having powers to begin with. Kaos' resorts to The Eternal Sources, Traptanium, and more to gain power throughout the games. While Vortech has to use the Foundation Elements, Keystones, and the Foundation of All Dimensions. These sources are often hunted down by the heroes too, and are usually scattered thoughout their worlds. With these sources, they gain even greater power, to the point of being able to see and talk to the player, pull objects from irl to the game and nearly escape the game itself in Kaos' case, or be able to manipulate entire dimensions in Vortech's case. -They both have the title of "Lord". Kaos gets referred as Lord Kaos by Glumshanks and several other characters while Vortech gets referred as Lord Vortech by other characters as well. -They both have clones of themselves still in their respective verses even after the original got defeated for the "last" time. (The original Kaos got shrunk and trapped in a jar, however his clone he created from Mind Magic is still out there. While the original Vortech got banished, a brick made out of his material corrupted a Lego character into a Vortech clone.) This could come into play in the battle

I needed to make this into 2 comments because it is so damn long Ok if your done reading that and still following aside from the endless amount of connotations this could also have an insane scale despite not being talked about much in vs both hare incredibly powerful reaching the multiversal level Kaos via his several forms and vortech via the foundation of all dimensions and him having a lot of power behind him so it could have a huge scale with the climax having both combined all dimensions due to there battle with it not being what either would prefer so as the battle ends thousands of dimensions are shown merging or being dies in the background and even have some references for past present of future episodes it could also have a ton of stuff be used not only with there powers but there near endless amount of minions from those they control to others from different dimensions maybe even have villains they have never met be used just for the hell of it the banter would also be a highlight both have incredible voice acting and are known for there fun dialogue personalities and banter with other characters it would also be interesting for the analysis as seeing both be talked about with how powerful they are and just how weird there games and powers are it would be very fun this also has a good amount of legacy thanks to the toys to life war it could have an amazing track using all sorts of music with how crazy it could be and would legitimately work as a season finale with how crazy it would be it’s honestly a matchup I’d love to see and I’m sure if this was pitched to death battle they’d have a lot of fun pitching ideas and thinking of how it could be handled hell I did this for my own show and it only scratched the surface of what could be done ( god I want to redo that so bad ) so if you ask me I think Kaos vs vortech would be a great matchup for them to do and could easily be a contender for one of the biggest and best episodes of the show I do like super hero squad show doom vs Kaos but this just has so much more

Kind of suprising Plants vs. Zombies doesn't have an episode yet. There are some pretty fun matchup ideas such as Peashooter vs. Dart Monkey, Zomboss vs. Cortex, Citron vs. Cable (this is a complete joke and I hate how a fight between a badass mutant and a minivan sized, transforming tangerine is thematic), Pirahna Plant vs. Chomper, and Super Brainz vs. Super Monkey. I don't remember if you're familiar with Black Clover, but connections is that they're both mythologically inspired royal teens with water powers who grew up as abused outcasts before finding a home, family, and a love interest in a group of fellow outcasts, while learning to control the powers they struggled with growing up as they were born incredibly powerful. It's one of my first original matchups, one of my most wanted, I love both characters, I think it has a lot of animation and music potential, and I think it's a better matchup than Noelle vs Juvia. Though I do think that Percy vs Harry is better.

There are so many series that I really want on Death Battle that I really struggle listing them all. However, If I had to choose a few, they would be this: 1. Klonoa 2. Nasuverse (Fate, Tsukihime, Mahoutsukai no Yoru, Kara no Kyoukai) 3. Sword Art Online 4. Wakfu Mostly though, I really wanna see Tsukihime characters on Death Battle. It's such an amazing series and Melty Blood provides so much fight potential.

A suggestion could be Rorschach from Watchmen or Question from DC Comics for they are both strategic and cunning characters and while not as strong as Vulcans they are fighters so they could be even on that front of speed and agility it would just boil down to a game of out thinking the other to gain an advantage. Though those are Heroes and if staying in the live action Science fiction we'd have to pull from either Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, StarGåte or if want to go more recent The Orville.

Wanna share additional thoughts since I don't wanna make my first comment too bloated: - I would love to see an Umbrella Academy match! I got a few ideas brewing- Number Five vs. Detective Conan, for instance, due to the whole "look like children but aren't and kick ass" connection, and both are street level too. I can't think of much else in the way of original comics, though if we wanna count newspaper comics, what about Garfield vs. Heathcliff? - Heck yes, we need Looney Tunes in Death Battle. Sylvester the Cat vs. Tom the Cat, Bugs vs. Mickey, Daffy vs. Donald, Marvin the Martian vs. Lord Dominator... so many options! And we need the Warner Siblings in there since they have become sort of mascots for Warner Bros! - I hadn't considered it, but it would be cool to see Bakugan featured in Death Battle! To throw my own hat into the ring, they should totally bring in Gurren Lagann or Neon Genesis Evangelion, gotta love giant robots! - Percy Jackson is a great choice to see in Death Battle, but I'd suggest for another book series (that happened to get multiple adaptations), A Series of Unfortunate Events would be great to see represented... especially if they can try to parody the narrating style of Lemony Snicket. Count Olaf would make the most sense as a combatant, being so devious and tricky. Lapis Lazuli vs. Percy Jackson sounds amazing, though. - Ooh, Skylanders does have potential for Death Battle, and I do feel like you can count it separately from Spyro. For a video game of my own choice, I may go for Minecraft- not because it has a wide variety of potential matches but because analyzing how its world works would make for a unique episode. And as a joke episode, maybe bring in an Animal Crossing character; there are legit feats, especially if you count the Smash Bros. movesets, but it'd largely just be for the humor of seeing a tiny cute character kick ass.

Great list. Here's mine. T.V.- I agree that Star Trek is the obvious choice, and I would include Data and Worf as characters that should have fights too. However if I had to pick someone different then you I'd probably go with Buffy or Heroes. You can't tell me Sylar wouldn't be amazing in death battle. Comics- If you count Top Cow as separate from Image then its that. Whitchblade and Jackie Estacado being the main two. Also some Dynamite characters would be great. Red Sonja, Vampirella, Sheena and Lady Death being solid choices (lot of badass babes in Dynamite). That is of course if you count The Boys as a separate universe. Cartoons- Once again I agree with you that Looney Tunes is the obvious choice. But with Wile E. vs Tom around the corner I should pick something else. I'll admit this one is the hardest because while there are tons of individual characters i want its hard to pick one show that has a bunch. I'm going to go with Darkwing Duck but this is the one I'm least sure about. Anime- It's Saint Seiya and I don't think I need to explain this one. Books- While Percy seems pretty cool, I've never read those, so I can't pick it. Harry Potter is an obvious choice, and not a bad one, but we can do better. My favorite book series of all time, Discworld, has a few good characters but for the universe that has the most fights I want I'm going to have to with A Song of Ice and Fire. Jaime Lannister, Arya Stark and the Night King to name a few. Video Games- This one is easy, its Starcraft. Jim Raynor, Tychus Findlay, Nova, Tassadar, Zeratul, Artanis, Zagara, Abathur, Dehaka and of course the Queen of Blades herself, Sarah Karrigan. Other- another franchise I want that doesn't fit into any of these other categories is Warhammer 40k. So many characters, so much lore, so much potential fun.

If Dan vs Gingka did become a thing I as a Beyblade Metal Saga fanatic would so happy! I’ve heard that Gingka does lose and whilst that would sting I would still be overjoyed to just hear the series and characters be mentioned by name. I’d be all giddy. As for Skylanders matchups, I do like Knuckles vs Terrafin but feel like it works better as a DBX since the Skylanders themselves are pretty 2 dimensional characters. Some other Kaos matchups I like are Kaos vs Zim and Kaos vs Lord Vortech from Lego Dimensions, either one would be cool with me.

Some I'll throw out that I would love to see: 1. Cuphead (great game and interesting Netflix series). Could do Cuphead v Bendy or my personal #1 The Devil v Hades from Disney's Hercules. 2. Any Final Fantasy not belonging to seven. I love seven, but there are so many good ones like Kefka for example. 3. Hellboy v Nero is probably my top Comic. 4. Grim for the Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy. That is my favorite show of all time. 5. This one is a little out there, but the Bloodstain series. A spiritual successor to Castlevania and a darn good series as well and u can pit them against each other like Zangetsu v any Belmont or Miriam v Soma Cruz. 6. Finally we have Magic the Gathering. MTG is VERY popular, and I would love to see a DB with so much lore tied to it. One I'm very interested in is Bahamut v Nicol Bolas (2 Dragon gods and Nicol B. is the big baddy in MTG, but I am worried they will do Bahamut v Rayquaza).

Here’s the franchises I’d personally like to see enter Death Battle eventually. I’ll list the matchups of the media below their respective explanations. Live-Action Movies/Shows: Supernatural (2005-2020). I watched the entirety of this show during the pandemic of 2020 and I finished watching the series by early to mid 2021, and while I may not be as interested in it as I used to be, but I always thought the series had good potential to have Death Battle episodes. I think it would be unique because while it’s a monster hunter themed show with magic, it’s still a pretty grounded franchise, rather than the over-the-top cosmic level combatants from other series with that theme. Ideas: Dean Winchester vs Buffy Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and Sam Winchester vs Alexandra Trese (Trese). I’d also like a matchup for Jack Kline but so far I haven’t seen any good opponents for him. Comics: I’ve never been much of a comic book reader but I still think introducing a franchise from a different publisher would be a breath of fresh air. The one I can think of from the top of my head is Valiant Comics, which I only really know from that Bloodshot movie that came out a few years back. Ideas: Ninjak vs Snake Eyes (G.I. Joe) Western Animation: Looney Tunes. Everything you said about it in the video summed up my thoughts on why it should be in the show. I’d be ecstatic to see Bugs vs Mickey because it’s my number one matchup right now. Manga/Anime: Chainsaw Man. It’s easily one of my favorite anime series right now despite how recently it was released. I’m kind of a sucker for series where the characters work for organizations that hunt monsters, it has such a wide variety of characters that would be cool to see Death Battle cover. Ideas: Denji vs Yuji (Jujutsu Kaisen), Power vs Foo Fighters (JoJo’s Bizarrw Adventure), Aki Hayakawa vs Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist), Makima vs Gojo (Jujutsu Kaisen), and Kishibe vs Stein (Soul Eater) Book Series: The Witcher. I would love to see the Percy Jackson franchise enter the show, but I felt like spotlighting on this franchise. I haven’t read the whole series, but I really enjoyed the first book and the show. I’ve started playing The Witcher 3 and while it’s not an absolute favorite of mine, I find it really fun. Ideas: Geralt vs Trevor Belmont (Castlevania) and Ciri vs Lucina (Fire Emblem) Video Games: Ghost of Tsushima. I was gonna go with Resident Evil since it’s my favorite franchise but then I remembered Leon vs Frank happened, so I decided to go with my second favorite. I played that game daily completing every side quest and obtaining all the special items and I enjoyed it to the very end, but what I think would be great to see the show cover is the journey of the main character. He goes through a lot and if he were to get an analysis, I would like Wiz and Boomstick to include his story because it shows how much of a tragic hero he is, being a samurai who broke his code to save his country, only to be rejected by the rest of the clans and being considered a traitor to them. I have two matchups for skylanders; one a joke matchup, one not. Flynn Vs Launchpad(Ducktales) is my joke matchup, both are pilots who are animals. For who’s winning I think Launchpad takes it since he’s more cartoony and has more experience with fighting(since he was the sidekick of darkwing duck) My second matchup is Snapshot vs Feraligatr(Pokémon) both are water bending crocodiles who fight off evil with a trainer/portal master. I think snapshot wins.
