I remember the first time I tried my first croquet...it was in Asakusa near the temple. I was wondering why their was a long line at one of the stands. I ended up standing in line to see what it was. When I got to the counter I realized it was a croquet stand, so I bought one. It was incredible. Thank you and your mom for this recipe...I will try it.

This was a very wonderful video! Thank you, Okaasan, for showing us how to make delicious korokke! I enjoy all of the videos that you make, but these ones with Shinichi's mom are extra-special. She is so kind to show us how to make these recipes, especially when cooking isn't her favorite thing. Arigatou gozaimasu! I wish I could magically come there, and somehow do something kind in return - maybe cook some of my family's recipes for all of you, too. But alas, it isn't possible. As for the next recipe, of course, I wish I could see her cook nishime! But I also like chirashi zushi, so that would be great as well. Last but not least, Justin was so cute, enjoying his cabbage! :-) Thanks again for the video. It brightened my week so much.
