I’m so glad you don’t button up shirts right to the top. I find it suits some people but not everyone and I always feel behind the fashion times leaving a couple of buttons undone at the top. I have broad shoulders and a few unbuttoned at the top suits me better. X

This might sound like an odd thing to comment on, but I really like the length of this video! I feel other influencers would pack all this info into a 4 minute video. As a viewer I really appreciate you taking the time to talk about the pieces and style them and not rush the process! Looks like its nice and warm in the UK! Can't wait for that to happen in Norway. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the esthetic of these videos and the way the information is presented. So often I'm annoyed by AD videos and they are so badly presented. However, you're one of the very few people I don't mind watching an AD video from. I know you affiliate yourself only with brands you believe in and everything seems so cohesive with what you stand for and how you present yourself to the world. Emma, I love your videos and look forward to watching them. I have a terminology question. In the US we call vests tank tops, but are t shirts just called t shirts? I read a lot of British authors and I’ve had trouble figuring out if the “vest” they are referring to is a tshirt or a tank top, especially when they refer to what a man might be wearing underneath his dress shirt. Anyway, love the videos and I lean towards a comfy and classic wardrobe. It can be hard to find good quality clothing for petite plus size women. I’m 5 ft and a US 20/22. I like Universal Standard for “Emma” type basics. 😀❤️

A vest is sleeveless so unless someone’s called it a sleeveless t-shirt then a t-shirt always means something with sleeves. Hope that clears things up 😘

The one I use in this video is pretty good. The only thing I would say is that the water compartment is quite small so its only really good for smaller items without refilling although I always have a jug of water with me when I use it to save trips to the sink but that said it is a great travel steamer. I just wore nude underwear and found them fine, although they are quite thin so if you wore a darker underwear you would probably see it through them. 👍

Unfortunately they aren’t stocked in the US so you would need to have it sent to someone in Europe (a friend perhaps?) and then on to you as there’s no direct option to have it shipped straight to you. However and if I may, I’m sure there are basics brands based in the US that would serve as a better alternative for you to buy because it would be cutting out all the faff and the multiple shipping processes which will create a bigger carbon footprint (if that’s something you’re concerned about of course). As I’m not US based I won’t be the best person to give you US brand recommendations as I tend to stick to European brands but if anyone has any to suggest please leave them in this thread ❤️

You always have to dress how you feel comfortable, that’s the most important thing. That said the Olsen’s are petite and they rock the oversized look so if you are petite and need some inspo (if you like the oversized vibe) then definitely search for them on Pinterest for some style inspo 🙌🏼

Now having tried the Organic Basics ones I must say that I do prefer the fabric of those to the Arket ones, and also Arket doesn’t have the slinky fabric ones. However if on a budget I still think Arket basics are great but it’s important to remember all the positives that come with Organic Basics in terms of the ethics & fabric production.
