same, I'm 32, have had severe social anxiety my whole life, went to uni and spent the whole time alone in my room didn't make 1 friend or speak to one person.., never socialised in school, was bullied and had no friends. I have never been on a night out and I am 32, never been in a club or a pub. I also have severe OCD which made me even more isolated

I get what you mean about turning 21 but not feeling it. When I was a kid, I thought 18,19,20 year olds were _old_ 😂 And now at 19, I am like "I am me! I feel so young and small and childlike. How can I be 19!" We still feel like ourselves, and I have realised that being 19 or 20 is still being young, we're not too old.

I loved what Gabriel said about being intentional in not caring too much about appearance! idk it seems like such a simple thing, but I never thought of it. and personally, when trying to do that I feel like it's much easier to automatically be labeled as "lazy" or something like that, when in reality you just CHOOSE not to partake in what, to you, is excessive concern .
