It’s nice to see neighbors help out each other. I know my neighbor came out the other day and said I was the first person to really take care of the yard. Been living there for about 10 months. It’s a work in progress like I told him. I talked about spreading fertilizer and he was like if you want I have a spreader that you can hook up to your mower and make spreading easier. I was blown away he offered the use of his spreader. Will help with overseeding for sure. Right now I’m killing moss and need to hit the crab grass for sure. Thanks for your videos as it helps me a lot.

I look at your mowers you use an get jealous lol. I have to use a tractor with a flair mower on the back of it to do my front yard. I wish I had grass that was half as nice as yours. I’ve got country grass. Weeds clover hay and what ever else pops up in it lol. I know you say no such thing as a perfect yard. But I have to disagree. You truly have the perfect yard. Looks absolutely amazing man. Hats off to all your hard work.

Thinking of taking care of an easement lot 400sq this spring by planting Kentucky 31 using the mongo bean method you did in the back back hehe😂. How long did you pregerminate K31? Also the bare dirt I’m planting on is super compacted, do you recommended tilling it up to be suitable for seeding? Much love brotha❤️

So my backyard is really small but it’s covered in poa annua and white clover. I just recently seeded Kentucky bluegrass and the lawn doesn’t have much actual grass just a lot of weeds. How should I go about fixing it?

So soil temp here in Central Ohio is 55-60 by we have some night time lows in the 20s coming up later this week. You think i should hold off on overseeding another week or so? I got the itch to do it but I'm not trying to waste this obsidian seed!

@Als_Mowing_Service6 ай бұрын
You should try using a regular string trimmer instead of the rotary scissors for the natural edge, it looks a lot better when you do it that way in my opinion. Also on your first pass when you cut the front you follow the contour of the mulch bed could you follow that pattern the whole way and have the whole front yard be wavy? Also, the mulch bed might look better if you added some more flowers in some of the open spots. Love the videos! The lawn looks great!!

I personally think you'll regret that black mulch. I'm removing all mine for rubber mulch. The wood mulch just loses it's color too quick and as it degrades it becomes dirt for weeds to thrive
