You mean a cheap e-waste camera, wrapped in cardboard... Just get an app with filters on your phone. Or buy an old digital camera if you wan't to untheter yourself from your phone. This is just hipster nonsense.

@@Mobin92 Dude. Old digital cameras have screens. Your phone has a screen. These cameras dont. Thats the catch. And this is coming from a person who has proffesional cameras, film cameras, countless old digital cameras etc. Use whatever you like and works for you , but dont tell me what to use in order to have fun with my photography.

I actually used this camera for an entire year exclusively the moment i got it last year end of may 2023. Amazing little camera

@@IliasKoureas i actually used it everyday, like i would even bring my sony a6500 just in case if i wanted really nice photos. nah i took it everywhere. like in places you would never feel comfortable taking photos in public, the paper shoot makes it so easy. i don’t use it all the time now, i got a ricoh gr iii which i have been wanting to years. the paper shoot never leaves my edc though. whether it’s my daughters swim class, i took it tubing in kauai ina a waterproof iphone bag, and yes trusted the camera to capture my entire 4 day kauai trip.

There are also cheaper digital cameras out there with a screen but it all depends on whether someone wants to experience the anticipation of not knowing what you got or not 😁 Personally I'm having lot's of fun with this one

I love using my Papershoot but I find i love it even more by replacing the charging cable or switching to rechargeable lithium ion batteries

😂😂😂😂 Ηλία να με συγχωρέσεις, αλλά ενώ πάντοτε σε ακούω με μεγάλη προσοχή, από την στιγμή που έδειξες την φωτογραφική και τις φωτογραφίες που βγάζει, δεν σου έδωσα καμμία σημασία, ούτε τα αρνητικά σημεία της με απασχόλησαν, έχω μείνει άναυδη!!!! Πολύ ευκρινείς οι φωτογραφίες και οι προσομοιώσεις του film τέλειες για τον χαρακτήρα της!!! Δεν περίμενα μία φωτογραφική από χαρτόνι να είναι τόσο ποιοτική!!!

Basically a numeric camera like the one in a smartphone with some filter built in!! Just... why? Except for the look, it's just a cheap camera. And at 6:35, you talk about the image quality better than competitors, which one?

Main competitor is Campsnap. I have both cameras and I like the images out of the paper shoot more. Some smartphones even get better images , that's not up to debate 😅 The reason these cameras exist is for the thrill of not knowing what you captured. Just like film. But since film rolls have become so expensive this is a great alternative 😁

Διάβασα στο σάιτ τους πως αφού πατήσεις το κουμπί για να τραβήξεις φωτογραφία, μετά απο 15 δευτερόλεπτα ανάβει το μπλέ λαμπάκι πως βγήκε. Ισχύει? Μου φάινεται ακραίο να χρειάζεται τόσο πολύ για να βγάλει μια φωτογραφία και ειλικρινά δεν θα μπορούσα να βγάλω casual φωτογραφίες έτσι.

Όχι δεν ισχύει. Αν μπορείς δείξε μου το λινκ. Βγαίνει σχεδόν αμέσως η φωτογραφία 😅 Μπορεί να διάβασες για το double exposure. Όπου βγάζει μια εικόνα και μετά από 10 δευτερόλεπτα βγάζει και μια δεύτερη και τις ενώνει

@@IliasKoureas Δυο μέρες προσπαθώ να γράψω σχόλιο και δεν με αφήνει το youtube! (ίσως έφταιγε το link γιαυτό δεν θα βάλω εδώ απευθείας) Λοιπόν την οδηγία την βλέπω στο επίσημο σάιτ στο σημείο how to use και λέει: "Step 2: Click the shutter button on the front of the camera. Blue lights will illuminate on the back to let you know the batteries are working. After 15 seconds you will hear a shutter sound, letting you know the camera has successfully captured your shot!" Αφού το διάβασα αυτό τρελάθηκα καθώς μου φαίνεται ακραίο πραγματικά! Και έψαχνα όλα τα youtube reviews να βρώ άμα κάποιος το αναφέρει και δεν το είδα πουθενά σαν παράπονο οπότε με τρέλαινε πιο πολύ! Μάλλον κάπου το μπέρδεψαν καθώς στο επίσημο σάιτ απο την μαλαισία σε παρόμοιο σημείο αναφέρει για δύο δευτερόλεπτα περίπου απο ότι βλέπω τώρα...

papershootcamera.com/products/filter-card-bundle-2 here you go. I cant find a the classic film being sold as a single filter card in their website currently. Which is weird because they sell all the other filters separately. Maybe its out of stock

Interesting gift to probably older kids, the price is too high for my currency, a bit high to justify. Good video though.

Yeah the price on some currencies is definitely a bit high. That's why I had the price on the negatives on the video. Thanks for checking the video out though, means a lot man ❤️

But .. the phone has a screen. The only reason you get these is to emulate the feeling of shooting film with a point and shoot and having the anticipation of not knowing what you got. 😅 I have two professional cameras but I appreciate these things even though they take worse quality images

It's not for everyone. But if you like film photography with a point and shoot camera you might enjoy using a camera like this! If you don't like film then yes , it's not worth it 🥂
