it’s all super easy to get used to! i’m no beauty guru but i’ve been using makeup for years, and it’s all about knowing your own face and just your own preferences for how many layers and how heavy. and i started out with really light makeup and built up over time along with my confidence!

i know this sounds basic but its a lot of trial and error and practice makes "perfect" (more like better) but i started makeup about 2 years ago and i could barely do a small wing and had no idea was contour was! now i cosplay about twice every month and it only takes me about 20 minutes to do my makeup , better then the 2 hours

i like what u said about some people just dont have "good" skin. as someone who has struggled with bad acne, i think its important to know that some of it is just genetic. some is hormonal. its happens. and we should embrace ourselves the way we are and the way we look.

i pretty much only ever fill in my brows so i’m pretty bad when i try to do a full face of makeup. i always get the the point where nothing looks right and i feel like i have to blend more but i end up just kind of getting rid of any contour/blush/highlight that’s there

I've got combo skin, sensitive as a baby, dry in some spots and an oil slick in others and it's so annoying. I use the Rael cleanser and the Biore charcoal facial wash. Holy crud it works, my acne is barely noticeable and my black heads are smol as hecccc

i see tiktoks all the time of people showing their 'glass skin' and showing off how smooth and even their natural skin is, which is great! but i think people with textured uneven skin might feel that that means there's something wrong with theirs, but there isn't! skin is skin, even with flaws its still good skin :)
