The owner of the company I worked for had his legs degloved while working inside a rock crusher. Someone fired it up while he was inside. He survived. Walks around with 2 canes. Had arms on him bigger around then my head. He grabbed a beam above him when his legs got pulled in between the rollers. Saved his life.

I bought a F250 Superduty with 7.3l powerstroke in 1999 brand new. I’ve done exactly what you did by putting on double o-rings on the filter. I found mine right after changing while checking for leaks. I get it, it happens. Distracted or whatever. Also, always carried a spare cam position sensor in the glove box too! Anyway, I always appreciate the sound the 7.3l makes starting up

words from a wise man, always have a tool bag on hand when you run a 7.3 across country. i had a excursion that had the 7.3 and kept my tool bag in the front with a spare fuel filter just in case. didn't need it but made me feel better going from South ND to South GA.

If you Build the 67 or any other pre emmission stuff, you title it as a 67, I don't know Cali information, but the weight problem is normally solved if you title it as an RV, and you might be able to title it in a not inspection state which is what i would mostly suggest
@manuelquinones2052
@manuelquinones2052 26 күн бұрын
Are you sure? I know in Nevada, the truck would be registered by the year the frame or any identifiable vins so it would be a 06 model year via the VIN inspections done at the DMV

@@MDMcVay11462I don't think you quite understand what he's doing. He's taking a frame of a 2005+ F-550, putting a Cummins in it, then putting a '67 Body on it. I'm aware where I'm at, you'd either title it as the truck the chassis is from (in this case a 2005+ F-550) or as a kit car, which has a lot of restrictions attached and would make the model year the same as the year of registration for legal purposes

My 92 and my 97 Dodge had the 12 valve Commons it was the most reliable engine I've ever had Would of loved to be able to put that transmission on it.
