No offense, but might I suggest your next purchase is a metronome ?

Hate is a strong emotion but the size of the mustang makes it a lot of fun

Just bought the pink version from Sweetwater. Sounds great unplugged!!!! it's definitely not a dead guitar. I can feel the vibration from headstock to body. The only thing so far I need to work on are the fret ends. A bit spikey. Time to break out the fret beveler and file set.

That's awesome. I was just running through some electrics unplugged yesterday and had the same thought. The ends on mine were good but after the video, I polished the frets and treated the fretboard.

I have the Squier sonic mustang with hb pickups and it is not a beginner guitar. It's beautiful. ❤️🎸. For anyone.

There is something about this series of guitar that while it seems it is priced for beginners, in actuality it has its own sound and vibe.

Exactly! I'm hesitant to do major mods for fear of losing the vibe.;)
