I understand about not wanting the break. In 2006, I thru-hiked the AT. My home was on my back and I slept at a new place nearly every night over the course of seven months as I made my way north. About once a week, I would get myself into a town, maybe stay at a motel, but more often, a hiker hostel. It was glorious to take a hot shower after days of being in the woods. But I never wanted to stay too long in a town. Two days was enough. I couldn't wait to get back to nature and the sanctuary of my little one person, MSR Hubba tent-my tiny little home. I have never been happier than when I lived so simply. Now I got my minivan and I'm just about finished with my no-build set up. I'm still working-gotta pay off the van, but I can't wait to be a nomad again, just this time in a van instead of a tent. Much love to all of you out there living your best life.

I have an EZ Pass. and it has worked all the way from Boston to Florida, including Florida where they call for the Sun Pass (my EZ Pass works). it also worked all the way to Arizona, even when it's called something different in other states. the only state it did not work is Oklahoma (they billed me at home). I hope that answers your question!

I really appreciate you talking about the places you stay like the flying, J and Cracker Barrel. My husband and I are planning our first long trip from Oregon down to Arizona and then across the state stone south and up to Tennessee to see my daughter and grandkids. We need to be able to know where the best Places to stay. We’ll have to stay in some overnighters and then we’d like to find a few campgrounds that aren’t too expensive that have fun things to explore within a half hour drive since we have dogs.
