So I've lived in Las Vegas for 18 years now, I've been here now since I was a teenager and I've grown into adulthood here too. There's two types of people here, the ones who love it, and the ones who are wrong lol. Your content, attention to shots/framing, tasteful and creative cinematography, the music choices, and especially the edits really stand out, showing all the effort you put into these vlogs. *SO* well done, and a joy to watch! The apartment is "*P-I-M-P PIMPIN"!* (Or should I say "Ballin"? I dunno. You knowutImsayin' LOL) What an amazing space! That gas stove is going to ruin you. You will never wish to step down to anything else after using that. It is also the most efficient way to cook! Might I suggest a few cushy stools with arms for the breakfast bar? And maybe a 5-channel surround sound system for the TV that will double a music player and maybe a soundbar for the bedroom as well? When watching movies alone or with friends, this will make them really *pop!* All in good time, anyway ... *WAY TO GO NORMA!*

Gotta say, never seen an apt that includes a wine fridge. I'm guessing this is a newer apartment, everything looks spanking new. And knowing the Vegas real estate/rental market, this must be costing a pretty penny per month. So another guess is Norma's doing very well with her channel. Most definitely. Rentals in Las Vegas has come up big time and this isn’t a cheap apartment. It’s probably cheaper than rentals in California. She’s a grinder and definitely deserves this new place. Who knows, she might buy someday when the real estate market in Las Vegas and elsewhere goes through a housing correction.

Congrats! I moved to Vegas in 2003; a year later I got my first apt. on S. Rainbow while they were still building things there. It was heaven! Gated, with clubhouse and big pools. Across the street was a Village Pub so I was having steak 2-3 times a week. The right neighborhoods you can find great places to live; one of the best things about being in Vegas.

I've been watching your videos since I moved to Vegas. Mainly I focus on the things I care about, cheep eats, undiscovered restaurants, etc.. but when I saw your video today about how much it costs to live in Vegas I went back and reviewed your first "How much it costs to live in Vegas" video and now this one. I love the new apartment but am sorry you didn't show us the patio view on first visit. Girl, you could have packed before moving help arrived. The nice painting belongs over your living room sofa. All the neutral colors need some real color above it. Naturally, many people in other cities will be curious what an apartment like that cost in Las Vegas, but you don't have to tell us if you really don't want to. It looks very nice to I'd guess 1600 in Las Vegas or the same in L.A. for 2800 if not more. Thanks and enjoy. You earned it! Thanks to your friends for helping you too.

It's quite the sticker shock, but if you are looking for a good chair that won't hurt your back the Herman Miller Aeron is nice. I picked one up when I had to work from home and my old chair was really hurting my back. I picked the Aeron up and really helped and was well worth the sticker shock and has a great warranty.

Another "luxury" I gave myself when I moved into my new apartment (beside my $1,000 chair) was a Reverse Osmosis filtered water spigot in my kitchen. I had a professional plumber install it (~$600) and I've had the _sweetest_ drinking water at my fingertips. I consider it well worth the expense.

Nice Apartment! Yes, always rent a truck 🚚 it makes moving 100% easier! Didn't realize how "undertall" you were until you were in front of your pantry shelves and Jacob 🙃 Buy a folding 3 step step ladder! Super handy for pantry, dusting ceiling fans and replacing ceiling lights. Get a squeegee for your shower! Nice artwork (good memory). 👍👍

The painting in your bedroom , i think you should move it to the livingroom and hang it above the couch, pop of color and since it is special to uou but also one of a kind due to the artist passing it can be a key point in your livingroom. But if you really want to have the paining to yourself in the bedroom, hang it above your Bed. Obviously both picture and paining wont being hanging in same room but those are my thought ans idea. Btw i do love your place its perfect size and not to small at the sametime.

I'm so excited for you. Great looking place. I can tell you're all butterflies; so awesome! I highly recommend not putting a TV in your bedroom. Bedrooms are meant for sleep, and when used exclusively for that, the brain stays in tune to that fact, and falling asleep is very quick and easy. If we watch TV in our bedrooms, it programs the brain differently, and so the idea of going to bed can put our brains out of sync with our actual expectations, because it gets used to the idea of being awake and entertained. I guess you could say it's a form of intention. If the intention you're putting out is that you're going to sleep, your brain fulfills that intention. If your intention is to be entertained by your TV, it will both fulfill that intention and get confused when you want to sleep, and instead get antsy and try to manifest the wrong intention; laying there wide awake, staring at the ceiling, expecting to be entertained.

I can remember when I got my first apartment in Las Vegas in 1990. It was on East Harmon Ave-2 blocks from Maryland Pkwy, by UNLV. One room furnished studio, quad apt. $235 a month. It meant the world to me. Good luck in your new “crib”
