Hey Marla! Just got the December feathered fun box! My heart is so full knowing I'm supporting a sniffer like you, and BTW since starting watching you channel a year ago I'm now a dad to a rescued parrotlet named Jester and a conure named Kermit! These two flockers are all I can handle! One the real your videos realistically prepared me for the #engagednotcaged life them, and it is a LOT of work, both birds were originally given up because neither previous owner understood the work to train and tame them AS WELL as how long they live. They're both under one and I hope other prospective flighters really REALLY listen to your videos and watch and REWATCH your advice. LOVE YOU ALL 😍

When i rescued a parent raised cockatiel in may I would have never though he'd change so much, he was terrified of humans and could I blame him ? He was chased from his birth to when I rescued him at around 1 y o ... but now he has changed so much, he is not scared of me at all anymore and we do recall every day and he comes whenever I call him, I still find it very difficult to believe that he changed so much in such a short period of time and we are now working on head scratches, thankfully he trusts me enough to let me scratch him for 5 seconds, so far so good. When I do homework he will just sit on the back of the chair and chill. Such an amazing bird and transformation.
