As an Aquarius eldest daughter (of a Scorpio younger sister, no less), I feel all of this, LOL. For my job, I have a Sterling Ink Common Planner where I can do all my scheduling/notes/etc, which has been working well for me. We have plenty of digital tools with my company, but I don't like mixing that with my personal stuff. I still use an LT1917 dot grid for my personal bujo because it's still a nice balance of functional planning/tracking with space for creativity for me, and I have a couple of journals that I like to bounce between depending on my mood. I also have a pretty detailed Google calendar system combined with the Todoist app on my phone to keep me accountable!

I use both physical and digital planning! But nothing feels better than setting up a new physical planner :)

Great video 🎉 I am mostly using my digital calendar (apple calendar) and then the apple reminders app as a todo list plus my physical planner for planning the day of or when I feel too stressed and need a paper and a pen. One amazing thing is that the new ios18 will introduce an integration of calendar with the reminders app so they will start showing up in the calendar!!! I am so excited about that 🎉

Looking forward to any apple calendar updates! I can’t believe how apple is so far behind in their calendar. Something as simple as assigning colors to different calendar events. So when you’re in the monthly calendar view, it’s not all grey circles! The android phones are flexible to assign specific colors to events. I believe this can be done in apple by creating multiple calendars per event types. Just not use friendly at all!

Journaling being a planning tool is so true! When I first started doing the artists way and morning pages, I felt so guilty about how long I was spending with it every day, but then I realized how much brainstorming, working out strategy, and other things that are essentially work happened in those pages!

You’re so cute. That’s for your friends’ and family’s anniversaries. I have always carried huge planners. This year, I was heavily influenced and started carrying a Pocket Filofax as a planner/wallet. I’ve been loving it! I also carry a pocket Moleskine for lists. I forgot I did the planner/notebook combo in uni. It’s ideal.

Caitlin have you tried the brand Caderno Inteligente? Its a brazilian brand but its very popular in Portugal too and they also have a planner :) you should check it out, i feel like you would love it
