Eric has inspired me also to purchase the same watch, he also inspired me to purchase the AP RO I then went onto purchase the leather strap to have the 2 in 1! So Eric.....I have the option to buy a 218206 41m platinum with the standard roman numeral dial, I'm also going to buy an aftermarket Arabic dial (that way I can read the day) but I've also seen a 218239 ruby sapphire dial, that way my DD2 platinum will be a 3 in 1watch......honest thoughts please

Day date is insane. I have the 36mm champagne dial 1998. Just changing the straps out completely transforms the look . I put a cream crocodile leather handmade strap on and It was next level bling. No micro adjust in the Crown clasp. Have to buy an extra link and the correct Burgeon screwdriver. DDII is discontinued. Have Rolex catalogue from 2010/11 when introduced. The dealer catalogue has all the dial options available for this and Datejust and Daytona. The original 1992 Yacht Master in Gold with the black indexes look good.

Great pick up Eric, Not crazy at all. Thousands of Batman’s out there, I see one everyday, I only seen 1 of those dials in the flesh. I am a Cancer so I also will get a ruby or diamond ruby piece soon. Purchasing rarity items usually pay off but come at high premiums. In the future I can’t see Batman’s going for huge $ just to many out there.
