Pros for Sneako: - He gets to diversify his content and ideas by living and working with people who create different types of content than he does which is good for channel growth and also helps his own channel become less stale. - He can learn a lot from the other content creators in the house about content creation which he can use to make better videos. - He gets to attract people from different YT audiences to the type of content he makes. - He has obvious chemistry with Elliot which works even though their personalities are very different which makes for good content. Cons for Sneako: - Sneako's personality type is very dominant and brash in his videos, which may not sit well with whoever the third person that he doesn't know is. He knows Elliot and whoever the second pers-ok we all know it's Kelly well enough for them to be fine with it but Evelyn who's most likely that third person is an unknown variable. Maybe someone who's familiar with her content would have a better understanding of that. - Diversifying his content is a major strength but also serves as a weakness: if he changes his content too much just to fit in more with the types of content the other 3 people in the new creator apartment his core audience may be less interested in his content. - Fully committing to content creation enough to live and work with other content creators for most of the day can negatively affect his relationship with his girlfriend since it will probably mean that he will spend less time with her. An additional point on that front is that he will have less break time to spend with his friends/doing what he likes which combined can lead to burnout. Final verdict: I think it's certainly a good idea overall that has more pros than cons, but its a high risk/high reward idea that forces Sneako into unfamiliar territory when it comes into his own channel. Its definitely worth trying out as it will provide new experiences for him, but he has to seriously consider whether he is confident that the cons are gonna be worth those experiences. I also think that those 4 should meet up and test out some simple easy vlogs together to see if they're a good fit to really give Sneako an idea of what that year of content will look like since going into a year long situation like that blind is never a good idea.

You guys are obviously friends but the two of you produce completely different content. From a work perspective I personally don't see how it would be good for sneako to move in, he can't really bounce ideas off anyone. He is a very politically motivated guy when it comes to content whereas elliot, you focus more on the friendly work/grind videos. That's probably not your intention but your viewers do genuinely look at you for motivation with work etc. I guess the positive is that because you all come from relatively different backgrounds and you all post different content, you won't necessarily be "fighting" for ideas; i.e who can post what etc. Being in a collaborative environment allows for you guys to keep each other on track. I guess the super bonus is that its cheap and you can live with friends, but make sure you keep to yourselves enough so that you don't cross paths. All of you need to establish personal goals, don't tell them to anyone so you don't feel as if its your personality trait, just keep it in the back of your mind so that you can work towards it. If you don't have set goals in mind when living with others and you begin to see other people achieve their goals it begins to eat at you. You start to become envious of them, not necessarily acting negative towards them, but unconsciously questioning your own existence. Classic what is the point of life, what is this what is that etc etc. If you move in together, set ground rules, everyone gets their own space, make sure all of you know each others upload schedules, make sure you respect each others boundaries and most importantly; make sure you're not financially ruining yourself for it. Also do not burden your friendship.

If Sneako lives in a creator house and is in a committed relationship is living in a creator house going to compromise the relationship in anyway. That's what I would be worried about. Is there going to be a point in which he would want to move in with his S/O and can't due to being involved in a creator house project ordeal. Also on top of that assuming one of the people is Kelly, I feel as if Sneako's content definitely differs from Elliot and Kelly's content where it would be hard for me seeing Sneako get any benefit from being apart of a creator house other than the diversification of his audience and exposure without a content pivot. If Sneako can find a way to implement creator life into his current content and wouldn't compromise his relationship, I would not see the problem in living in a creator house with his friends for $3000 a month in New York which most likely would be a really nice place, the experience is unmatched. Also the content would be great.

Okay, TWO WAYS!! Moving in together might be beneficial in terms of sharing audiences, growing your base, attracting more sponsors, etc. However, it can also be good for one's mental health. It doesn't always end well as we've seen with various content houses (Team-10, Hype House, Vlog Squad had damning scandals). I would suggest living in a similar building or just the same block. That way you can do collabs together a lot. Maybe it's worth a try...and I'm just overreacting.

I like you both but I don't think it would work after the first month. I feel like Sneako would try to adjust to Elliot's energy before giving up and accidentally doing something that offends Elliot. I'm putting this the nicest way cause I'm a genuine Elliot fan, but he doesn't have much of a backbone so their energies would collide in many negative ways after a certain amount of time. It would be similar to locking a Husky and a Poodle in a room together. A month is doable, but a whole year is too long. They would be miserable by August 2022 and prob not even talk to each other anymore after the situation. I could see Sneako and Kelly working out, but Sneako and Elliot, nah.

pros: -publicity (being in other ppls videos) -ideas will be bouncing between 4 ppl vs just 1, which -can lead to improvement in content quality. -Can see others pov on life and see different life styles vs your own to help you grow as a person. -you r basically forced to build a bond w your roommates (can be a con also) but will probably still benefit you -your roommates friends will have friends you can meet -more ppl = more content -having supportive ppl doing the same career as you can help motivate you and also keep you on track if you let them help u be responsible in what you wanna do -u can blame your roommates for shit u dont wanna do -idk if the other ppl smoke but you can smoke together -you might find a new interest hanging around them that u nvr thought you wouldve liked before(being forced out of your comfort zone) -if you only live comfortably and dont take steps to be outside your comfort zone you might miss out on a good time cons -its probably with kelly haha jk - ppl might irritate you (but can also be a lesson to learn) -they might blame u for stupid shit -youll probably have to share the house work of cleanin n shit -might have to work harder (this is all objective also)
