Full home tour of my new HDB apartment in Singapore. I'm taking you inside of our apartment and show you what S$500,000 can get you in Singapore. This size of an apartment (4 room flat - around 100sqm) is quite standard in Singapore, though some people prefer to purchase a 5 room flat which is significantly larger. Singapore is one of the most expensive countries in the world, but they provide affordable housings for their citizens. Usually HDB public housing flats cost somewhere around $300,000 - $1Million depending on the age, location and amenities of the flat. We are excited to start our new life here, and I hope you enjoyed this tour of our humble home.

Woah.....that soundbar is not cheap. S$1500. I heard a demo of it, and it's damn nice. Supports Dolby Atmos and man, you can really tell the sounds coming from around you. Sad to say, I can't afford it. By the time I save up for it, I think they'll have like version 4 or 5 liao.....lol.

Bathroom exhaust fans are not commonly seen in Singapore. In such a humid climate, an exhaust fan to get rid of excess moisture during and after a shower seems like essential equipment. Not to mention exhausting foul odours.

U can have cats in sg flats (the govnt closes one eye to this), so long as ur cat dont disturb the neighbours too much that they lodge a report. I have two cats. ADOPT NOT SHOP!!

I believe having cats in HDB is very common Ghib. As long as you do not own 20 cats, let them wander around into someone elses home, meow incessantly, pee/poo at common area... you are fine
