(male) I love watching your routines alone at home morning, night, summer morning, etc. I am not too happy alone in my house so I try to learn from you.....you do have a routine and am more ambitious than me, so I can tell that is what keeps your spirits up. I would have thought you would be lonely without Mats, but you seem to have it worked out to be alone. You are so disciplined in what you put in your body and how you hydrate, etc.

Just to tell you using a cotton batton in your ears is very dangerous. I used to do that and the cotton got stuck in my ear and I had to go to emergency and they had to take it out! I recommend using a machine ear wax cleaner!
