I just started Tret last week and I want a simple am and pm routine. I am trying to get my glow back..I have a tiny bit of hyperpigmentation but it's not why I'm using it. I have freckles, combo skin, 45, Mama Bear, sunscreen lover...I can't use cleansing balm, they break me out, or oil cleansers. I would like a great cleanser for am and pm and maybe a serum or two I can use right before the tret to make sure my skin doesn't get too dry,

I need to try that eye cream. it is pricy but if it is that good, i think it worth the money.

Thank you for this video and your enthusiasm for Bridgerton. I was behind so just finished the steamy season 2. I hear I’m in for more in season 3 so can’t wait. I use Medik8 10 crystal retinal and am wondering if I can follow with Paula’s Choice azeliac acid but it also contains salicylic acid so wasn’t sure. I also have the Ordinary azeliac acid but I find it pills terribly.
@SincerelyMissAsh2 ай бұрын
Oh you're in for a treat. Season one is still my absolute favourite but I love the story line in Season 3. The entire series is SO SO good lol🥰 The Ordinary Azelaic Acid can pill (experienced this many times in the past) but if you can find the right products/textures to pair with it the pilling isn't an issues. Trial and error unfortunately. You could use the Medik10 with PC Azelaic Acid and see. Having Salicylic Acid in the formula may not be too much of an issue but start slow and gradually increase to see how it goes.

Hi Miss Ash! What is the best combination for the Ordinary copper peptides to work best. I want to use it at least once a day. I’m currently using it on the nights I don’t use tret. Sorry for going off-topic. Much love. ❤️
@SincerelyMissAsh2 ай бұрын
Hi there💗 I love pairing my Copper Peptides with additional peptides whether those are serums or moisturizers, and I also like pairing Copper with Niacinamide and anything hydrating like Amino Acids, and Hyaluronic Acid. I am hearing more and more that Copper Peptides can be used in the same routine as Retinoids (Tret) but one should let Copper Peptides dry down completely before applying a Retinoid to avoid conflicts in efficacy. I still keep my Tretinoin and Copper Peptides separate though.

@@SincerelyMissAsh thank you so very much, Miss Ash. I am currently using a bifida ampoule after the CP (isntree). I want to try the Manyo bifida biome ampoule. Unfortunately, here, peptides are found in only the ordinary products. Would bifida be a good fit? And what’s your opinion on the Manyo and Isntree. Again, thanks for always answering my questions. ❤️❤️❤️

So Tretinoin hasn’t helped with ur freckles? I’ve been using Tretinoin 6 nights a week since Oct and have found it’s brought more sun spots from beneath the skin. And I now have some freckles on my cheeks which weren’t there prior to Tretinoin. I’m 48 years old, I do use sunscreen daily. I’m using Timeless C serum, Paula’s choice antioxidants serum, Naturium Arbutin and Tranexamic Acid followed by moisturizer, sunscreen in the morning. I use Tretinoin, Naturium brightening cream, Dr v Cerapep moisturizer, Dr V retinal eye cream at night time. So I hope my dark spots fade. Only been using Arbutin and TXA for a month.

I had the same problem with Tretinoin in the beginning. I had two huge hyperpigmentation spots come out on both of my cheeks. 😮 I stuck with the Tretinoin though, I physically exfoliate a couple times a week, and it’s taken me a year, but my dark spots are almost, 95% gone. It’s crazy how much lighter and brighter my skin is now, than before I started using Tretinoin. I love it and I’ll never stop using it. So, just be patient, I think the main thing that gets rid of hyperpigmentation is time. It takes a loooong time for the skin to shed all those deep layers of hyperpigmentation we had deep down 😩
@EnvyBlu2 ай бұрын
Oh, and of course SPF. That’s probably the best thing to use to get rid of hyperpigmentation. I use SPF daily, even if I’m staying indoors

Do you know what percentage the .2 retinal emulsion is equivalent to the tretinoin?
@SincerelyMissAsh2 ай бұрын
I don't unfortunately.. It may be difficult to figure out as Tretinoin is stronger than Retinal in general

Hi there Ashley, thanks for the great video, use most of the products with the exception of the red light and pillow, like I mention before, need to eat and travel lol, After the love/hate..more hate relationship with my pharmacy concerning (Tretinoin) I got a divorce and went across the street, game changer + my doctor started me with another treatment she said better than tretinoin (more potent) Arazlo (Tazarotene lotion) looks like a gel/cream/lotion consistency 0.045, absolutely love it, as for the Retinal 0.2% Emulsion, my necks does not like it, I can take the tretinoin but, not that... weird stuff, I guess I will try going once or twice a week (cause it really does wonders). Thank you once again for your great video. Enjoy your day.

I use the Sleep & Glow Omnia Silk Pillowcase and I also have the Copper Defence Pillowcase as well which I alternate the two when washing. The Copper Pillowcase has antibacterial properties to it which is great for those that are acne prone, skin sensitivities and it can help reduce inflammation. Not sure if there is one that is best as it's personal preference depending on ones needs but they feel the same when sleeping 😊
