Just so yall know, caffeine is dehydrating, it actually counts against your hydration. Adults should be drinking at least 60-80 ounces of water a day but it’s ideal that you’re drinking close to half your body weight in water. Ex: you weigh 180 lbs so you drink 90+ oz of water a day. Dehydration can be a factor of making a lot of health issues worse.

It's definitely been said by many people. Most of the callers here tend to be fem-presenting people in their early 20s from the US, so it's not super surprising that many of them sound similar (especially over the phone).
