This is a different style of video. You should keep it up with other shampoos, cleaners, degreasers or just all kinda detailing products in terms of dissecting them. You were creative. You have my support from here on out

Legit review. Pearl foams like the cannon is filled with flat bud light. For the most part P&S has value and is backed by many youtubers so it gets a trendy factor despite being around since the 60s.

You say it streaks in the sun (especially when it dries) which is mainly residue isn’t it? I bet if you went over it with a wash mitt and rinsed it would take care of that residue/streaking. It’s a pretty good soap and great value as you mentioned. I enjoyed the thorough testing you did. Excellent video.
@CardosCarDose
@CardosCarDose 2 жыл бұрын
My bad, I should rephrase my terminology 😂 yes! This is technically residue, if you follow the traditional wash this can definitely be removed with a simple rinse because the water activates the chemical. and thank you for the feedback! Really appreciate it 😎👉👉

Definitely agree with your review, it's a great value for what you're getting. I use it for maintenance washes primarily because of its lubricity and pH balance, I've never used it for rinseless washes but you've convinced me not to😂

Great video! Thanx for sharing it! Question: I’m a mobile detailer, what kind of DI water do u recommend?
@CardosCarDose
@CardosCarDose Жыл бұрын
Whats good William! 😎 DI water has a bit of terminology, so I will elaborate on that. If you source your water elsewhere, for example a detail shop, DI water is often referred to as "spot free water, di ionized water, distilled water." If you use water at home like i do, find a company that can let you rent a DI filter so you interchange them when done. This will mostly depend on where you live so do some research on your area. What kind of DI water do I recommend? I would suggest using water that is between 0-2ppm, you can find this using TDS Meter as shown in my video. Anything above 2 it will spot to some extent, so be careful if you are sourcing your water elsewhere. If your at home you'll likely get a couple hundred gallons of 0ppm water. Of course do some research before jumping on board 😎👉👉 Hopefully this answers your question! 😉

Unfortunately I cant recommend "one" because there is no soap that is "obsolete" However, I think as long as its pH balanced for a Pre Wash, and Neutral for the contact wash, you should be good 😎 (I fancy KCX GSF, Gyeon Bathe, and Shine Supply Shift) 🧼

If you want to make it stronger add some APC to it. Make you a striping wash.
@CardosCarDose
@CardosCarDose Жыл бұрын
True true, but I already have a dedicated soap for that. while that would be a good DIY strip wash solution, there needs to be thorough research on which chemical can mix with soap, because not all chemicals were designed to be home brewed. (not sun friendly APC vs pH Neutral Soap vs Caustic alkaline chemical reaction) I am testing out some APCs, mixing with soap, and I think the risk is a bit too high 😭 I will probably elaborate on that in a different video.

Your dilution ratio is incorrect. Should have been 15 oz of water if you're rounding. 16:1 should be .9 oz of product. Even if you're rounding, it made 17 oz total.
@CardosCarDose
@CardosCarDose 2 жыл бұрын
On my slickness test it is the correct quantity, I know sometimes ratio numbers can be misinterpreted for a different serving, but this is correct. 16:1 is also said as "16 parts water and 1 part Solution." Same thing can be said for other ratios.

@@CardosCarDose well I’m just a “enthusiast” myself. Not doing it as my full time job, and have no where near the knowledge and experience you have, but my preferred shampoo is either gyeon bathe or Adam’s mega foam in the cannon or just the car shampoo for the bucket. They both do really well for me. In all honesty I have a few other P&S products and am not as satisfied with them overall. Their APC , and interior cleaners I have are okay, but seems like they are a better value than better quality kind of product.

OOOOO Gyeon Bathe is the stuff! 👀 Love that soap and arguably the best smelling one 😂 i'm guessing similar to Meguiars, P&S is business focused so you are gonna get more bang for buck than performance. @@chrisryan8894 Totally agree. When I started getting into this a year ago P&S seemed promoted as a top tier brand the way big channels pushed it. Especially Bead Maker. Pan the advertiser nearly creamed his pants in the rag company vid. It’s average at best. Pearl foams like horse wiz and flat beer out of a cannon. For $20 bucks a gallon a bucket wash and surprisingly out of an IK it’s pretty good.
