Hi Cardos.. are you still using a dedicated bug remover? Or does the APC rinse handle them?
@CardosCarDose11 күн бұрын
No bug removers, just APC 👍 There werent any severely stuck on bugs, so everything just got knocked off with ease
@Hoffyrevhead12 күн бұрын
Install a t instead of the elbow with another valve so you dont have to unscrew that elbow everytime.
@CardosCarDose12 күн бұрын
once it is properly primed, you do not need to unscrew it. This was just a demonstration. 👍 A T fitting can also help if you would like to fill up your buckets or other containers with water.

Looking at getting a kranzle but my budget is not high enough for the one you have but I can afford the 1050p - will it still work the same or would it need to be the same machine ?
@CardosCarDoseАй бұрын
Most pressure washers can certainly be gravity fed! As long as you follow the instructions and keep the tank leveled or slightly above the machine you will be perfectly fine 👍
@KxrzmaaАй бұрын
Do you mean to keep the water level higher than the machine or the actual tank ? @CardosCarDose
@CardosCarDoseАй бұрын
@Kxrzmaa Both 👍 The tank should be either leveled or higher than the machine. As for water in the tank, there should always be at least 15 gallons inside, so there is enough downward gravity to push the water into the machine 👍
@KxrzmaaАй бұрын
@CardosCarDose my tank is about roughly 1ft maybe in difference I can't get it much higher with my van setup would that be okay obviously I could add another bit of distance by putting it out onto the floor beside my van I guess to help
@CardosCarDoseАй бұрын
@Kxrzmaa You do not have to raise it so high. I only lifted mine about 1.5 to 2 inches and that is more than enough for the gravity to naturally push the water downward.

Cardo, I saw the same issue with Gyeon Mohs Evo 3 yr coating on the Hood of my car as well even after decontaminating it. Not sure why it did not hold up as it has on the rest of the vehicle. Possible reasons, Heat from the Engine, or the brunt of everything when driving? As its going on 2yrs since I applied it. I may try Pan's Clean Coating next.
@CardosCarDoseАй бұрын
Basic aerodynamics can show that any horizontal surface will show severe signs of degradation for a coating. That means the roof and hood. I did not show it on camera, but it was a similar story on the hood. This isnt a Gyeon issue, this can happen to any coating on any car. There is really nothing we can do about it as it depends heavily on the driver's habits. Tip? Wash it more frequently 😂

I use Shine Supply Wise Guy to clean tires. Koch Chemie Magic Wheel Cleaner for the wheels. SuperFoam for the high PH first wash. Reactivation shampoo for the low PH wash. I’ve found these are the best chemicals when doing a bi-annual maintenance on ceramic coated vehicles. Your explanation of the entire process is very good.

what wheel finishes can acid be used on? and what cant it be used on?
@CardosCarDose2 ай бұрын
This does not apply to all chemicals and you certainly need to do your research on which you are using. In general, most wheel finishes are safe enough to use acid. Custom materials, paints, dips, and metals are where you need to be careful. Ive never had an issue, but if you are unsure, a quick google search will help you. 👍

@LordQuzumaki2 ай бұрын
I use foam and 1 bucket. Bucket is full of soap and microfiber towels. Once the towel is saturated it goes into a dirty container and I get a clean one, once a towel leaves the bucket it doesn’t go back. Then rinse, ceramic spray and dry. Good to go

Its easier to move around than triple dunking 2 buckets with 8 gallons of water 😂

@@CardosCarDose haha I agree! Easier on the back too with less work. I’ve been using meguiars and turtle wax products for wheels/tires, are these okay, or do you reccomend something better in that type of budget range. Willin to spend a little more if necessary. I’m not a business, just a guy cleaning the family vehicles every weekend, so dont need high end product, but product that lasts longer before replacement. Which I realize high end might be the only way for that, but I’m not a professional to know the difference! Thanks in advance!

I believe if you are satisfied with the results and it meets your budget, then there is no need to spend more 😌 However, if you want to dip your toes into the premium side while being budget friendly and safe for home, I would recommend P&S Knock Out Wheel cleaner 👍 A single gallon can make 3 to 4 gallons of product.
