I dno man... someone like brock lesnar fought at 265 and is a genetic freak, 6’3, and definitely was much higher than 10% bodyfat, and he needed massive amounts of gear to get to that. You’d need someone near 7’0 tall. 18 percent and 6’6+ maybe? I have a hard time believing this one

@@leftphilange69 If Brock Lesnar takes steroids how could we even call him genetic freak? If he takes steroid we got no clue how good hes genetics are, would be better to call him steroid freak. Another evil that fake natties cause is the devaluation of amazing natural physiques. I see all the time on reddit some great natural looking physiques that everyone immediately jumps on. An example of this is your physique, I respect it a ton, and if it was posted on a sub such as nattyorjuice everyone would crucify you calling you a fake natty even through all of your hard work
@angrygoldfish3 жыл бұрын
I think it's a real shame that drugs were used in sports. People can already achieve amazing things without them. It's a scale that has been artificially enlarged. And now what has been seen cannot be unseen. People are amazed when I say that 220kg deadlifts are common nowadays and that many people consider you a novice if you can't lift that kind of weight. Even Alpha Destiny, who I really like, said similar things. Though maybe now he would retract such a statement. A gym bro wouldn't consider me strong, but compared to 99% of the world's population, I am strong. Which is it? I'm not strong compared to the 1%, but I am to the 99%. Does the 99% not count? If you've never seen a bodybuilder before and you look at Jeff Nippard, you'd be amazed. But if you've seen Simeon Panda or Dexter Jackson, Jeff Nippard no longer looks special. But to the 99% of the population who haven't seen Ronnie Coleman on stage, Jeff Nippard is the peak of what's possible for a human, with or without drugs. It's become contextual.
@deficitstifflegzercherdeadlift3 жыл бұрын
I think this a great comment, and personally, this is a big reason of why I don’t care about my strength. I’ve done enough manual labor jobs to know that you will never need to lift more than 50 lbs by yourself at any job (I say that having also picked up stuff much heavier than that at work, but that was because I’m a dumbass, not because I was ever asked to) so being able to deadlift even 315 lbs already makes you stronger than every other person who doesn’t go to the gym.

I am different from you when it comes to what level of sports I watch, I would deliberately watch a D2 sumo match over the top level one because the fact is in this day and age the higher the level of competition, the higher the chance of ped use. I was lucky to find out at a young age that these people aren't natural. I don't watch many sports, only mma and powerlifting, and in these two I deliberately avoid watching the top level and instead focus on smaller organizations and deliberately look for less popular athletes, so the UFC and the IPF are off the table for me. I want to see what a normal person would be capable of if they applied themselves enough to that discipline through only their own body and their own mindset, I have no interest in seeing what a normal person would be capable of if they became a walking chemistry lab. I am sure you also know what kind of a farce drug testing is, so even with that we will never go back to top level athletes not being cracked up on a million compounds.

Very interesting. I’m a woman who grew up in the United States, and my father and brother weren’t into body-building. So my fitness-inspiration was anime as well (along with religiously watching every tennis match Rafael Nadal, Federer, and the Williams sisters played), but it’s probably much different from the anime you watched (The World’s Greatest Disciple: Kenichi, Dragon Ball, Prince of Tennis, Hajime no Ippo, Fist of the North Star, etc...). A lot of my European friends mention watching JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, but I didn’t get into that until I was in college. I’d be interested to know what got other people into being active and fit too. As for your stance on pro body building, I would agree that it’s so obvious that they use drugs that it’s not really harmful to the general public. Unless you’re absolutely clueless about the human body, anyways. I think what is harmful is the lack of education / understanding people have about these drugs. I think a lot of people truly do not understand the consequences, and associate said consequences with famous body builders that sadly passed away, went to jail, suffered from strokes and cancers, etc... rather than say, permanent damage to your hormone profile and having to be on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for the rest of your life, the horrible body dysmorphia issues one can develop when off-cycle, and other things that may appear given your genetics. So even when they do find out that someone is a fake natty, they think it isn’t a huge deal because they aren’t “huge” like the pros. That somehow because their body doesn’t have that certain look, that using those substances doesn’t have side effects until a certain point (when that’s simply not true). Going to finish the rest of the video. Can’t wait for the other parts of this to come out so we can see the full scope of your opinions on this subject.

I feel like the on stage natural bodybuilders are not healthy either like being sub 10% bodyfat makes you feel like shit. The lowest i've been is 9% and it was awful plus i was weak as shit. Maybe if natural bodybuilding had a strength cutoff so that the competitors had to have a certain amount of strength to compete then that would force the bodyfat percentages to be around 10-12% and they wouldn't look emaciated on stage.

I fully agree with this. Pro-Bodybuilders such as Ronnie Coleman earn my respect due to the attitude they adopted at the side-effects of all the shit they did. The man is in constant pain every single day, and not only does he not complain; but he keeps training regardless. He did it for a passion, and the fact he doesn't regret it makes him a worthy example of how a Pro-Bodybuilder should be judged. If they did it for a passion, and they take the consequences, wonderful. If they didn't do it for a passion, and they cry about the side-effects, good riddance.

"If it were not for Anime and Manga, this channel would not exist" Thank God for Baki and DBZ among others. Not only did they make my childhood, they're making my whole life. Anime/manga Chads rise up.

One piece and Dragonball Z. Those are perfect for people new to anime. One piece is probably the GOAT imo.

I am still confused how people believe that allowing PEDs for body builders or general public hurts no-one when normalising it increases the number of people using it? I am ok with low dose hrt to a level that is "attainable" because of how much it can improve someones brain chemistry/lifestyle, but anything more than that is drug abuse not use and should be called out consistently as a bad choice regardless of a persons dreams or physique

Yes I’m on TRT but then I’m 45 and had symptoms of low T for some time. All TRT does is bring you back to the middle to high level of what is natural. Yes I did notice some very minor improvements in body comp (and I am training with weights) but the main benefits for me have been a generally better mood and outlook and more energy. Supraphysiogical doses of T or any other anabolic have the potential to harm both the user and the people who look up to the user.

@@blahasdirtysock3657 Glad you are able to get TRT and that it is helping, minor physique improvements dont affect others, it is when some like me who is 97kg (guessing between 22-25% body fat) look small next to others because they are abusing drugs I wonder how those 10kg smaller must feel next to them
@blahasdirtysock36573 жыл бұрын
@@ozspoz1317 yes I understand. What also gets me is the lies of the fitness industry, particularly gym shark types who are trenned up to the eyeballs but claim natty, in order to schill over priced substandard supplements which promise if you do your dumbbell curls and drink this super powered pre workout, you’ll look just like them.
