In order to sue for false advertisement you would need first need to prove bow you incurred damages from the false advertisement. Them just removing exclusivity gives you no physical and mental damages aside from diminishing your ego. No valid legal arguments exist, and no the FTC will not care. They only step in when a conpany is exploiting customers in mass with sufficient evidence, if they did care they would've gone after companies like EA and Epic games long ago for even worse business practices.

I don't see them releasing the OG Edit Styles, they were made for a reason and accounts that are compromised/sold will end up getting disabled for suspicious activity, in which the original owner has to recover the account or the account stays disabled permanently.

Accounts that are sold rarely gets banned/disabled and if the original owner gives og email the account couldn’t be pull back from the og owner. I know all this because I’m in a discord that does this

I have all the battle passes from chapter 22. And I don't care if they get returned. It's because one it's kind of stupid to have it. All these marble skins locked buying a battle. Pass You can't get complete a marvel collection. Personally, cause I'm a collector and I know a lot of people do collect Fortnite skins. Is that our new? I feel like it's terrible for other people. Until? Why won't you hello or want people to enjoy something else? Who cares about an edit style? Who cares about? It's a video game. I don't see the point to lock something. Account selling will never end because there will always be "rare" item shop skins that dont come back for long periods of time and when they do there will just be another new "rarest skin" to take its place. There will alway be people breaking the rules in everything in life but punishing people for the actions of others is extremely wrong. I have every single bp and have never thought about selling my account. And since people sell these accounts the older passes should return? It just doesn't make any sense besides they are money hungry (im not gatekeeping im just making a observation cope harder😂)

Battle passes are not really "rare". Exclusive? Yes. But many people own them. This is why they most likely won't return; many people own them and many would be mad if they returned. As opposed to skins like indigo kuno, which almost nobody owns/remembers, who could come back any day and barely anyone would bat an eye.
