I love flying elrs rp3 or rp4 rx for doversity elrs is one of those things its only hard at first once u get it figured out its amazong and super cheap rx amd never hard to find like tbs can be at at times but crossfire has years in the game over elrs...havent gotten to mess with gemini yet

The gnb hv packs are my favorite and theyre much smaller...i can fly a 1850mah 4s versus normal 1500mah and its still bigger but for 6s its all about rline v4 or v5

New gyros on 4.4 are totally fine. There were some teething issues earlier on but no longer

Solid rundown here , the tmotor v3 are for sure going on my new build with the siren frame. Wound up with two MAMBA F405 DJI MK2 55A 128K stacks. You think the tmotor F7 will present me with a much better tuning experience over the mpu6000 and lower pid looping capabilities ?

Thanks for your takeaways and feedback, excellenst parts suggestions as well. I'm running 2 of the F5 Split frame on vista. May move to the 03 and Goggles 2 soon. For powering the 03 AU, are you doing it from Vbat or the reg on the FC. Also for fitting the 03 UA, any mods or additional parts needed for the frame. Links for the tracer and Go pro mounts. WOuld love to order 2 sets. Thanks

Here's a link from Quadmula's website for their 3D prints. I power the O3 from the FC HD plug. There is specific screws used to mount the O3 and there's some TPU camera plates that you can get with their spacer design. It comes with the frame when you select the "O3" option as your VTX. They do have some TPU camera plates prints on the link below that don't use the special spacers. You can likely find the hardware to mount the O3 from a local hardware store or you can probably find it someone online. I believe they are 1.6mm x 10mm. I'm still getting used to the 03 au...I'm trying to like the goggles 2 but having a hard time. Ordered the only other foam available for them hoping that solves my issue. What video settings are you running on your 03...I am currently running 2.7k 100 fps based on a Chris Rosser interview with a DJI employee saying that it provided the lowest latency.

Latency doesn't affect me. I fly on 4k 60fps just as well as 2.7k 100fps. I do use manual settings a lot to improve the dynamic range and reduce the amount of dark to light transitions. I use a shutter speed of 120 and just adjust my ISO based on lighting. Auto settings are too contrasty.

@@fpvgiggles sure, but the reality is with these "higher" latency video links you get better picture quality and more resolution in return. It's not just more latency for nothing. You can actually see things better, which to me, means I can make decisions earlier. This is my personal opinion on the matter. I'm not stating it's a fact. Control link is different because the trade off is better range. I've never had a situation where Tracer wasn't able to go the distance before my video link dropped out.

@@MurdersFPV I guess I'm wondering about control link latency/ refresh rate ie tracer vs crossfire vs elrs when video link is the bottleneck. How could you feel it if you're always waiting for video latency? I'm sure I'm missing part of this picture 🤣

@@fpvgiggles end to end latency is additive. 🤷 I don't really see what's hard to understand about it. You see an obstruction that you need to avoid. You see it earlier on higher latency because your resolution is that much better. You move your sticks and the speed at which the drone tracks your stick movements is faster because your control link is faster.

I mean Wesley Varty has already flown it out over 20km on the stock antenna. I'd say that's the best range out of any system. Again, I said stock antenna. 🤷
