I love shoulders exercises!!! As for the (chest) bench press, I like doing it but I stopped doing it because I'd hurt my shoulders sometimes doing that then I would have to stop doing all upper body exercises until I recover from this shoulders injury. I never hurt my shoulders when doing shoulders exercises. Maybe I'll try bench press with the closer grip like you do; perhaps that will prevent me from hurting my shoulders. Thanks for the videos.

girl I would never do my full bench after 4 sets of body-weight pullups till failure. Wouldn't have my full strength to bench after. This is the reason I choose to do PPL split tbh.

Where did you hit triceps? Is it in the push-ups? I'm asking because I do isolation exercises for triceps and I really don't enjoy doing them. If I can effectively hit them in a compound exercise, maybe I could just concentrate on that.

I've been told that when shoulderpress, the dumbbell should hit the outside of the shoulder.. But it seems like you only going halfway down? When I go halfway down I can lift way more heavier then going all the way down when the dumbbel hits the outside of the shoulder.. Which one is right? I feel the shoulderpress way more in my shoulders when I go all the way down as I have been told by a trainer

Depends on your bone structure and range of motion. I would a shoulder injury if I went down all the way and actually let the weight hit my shoulder but some people can. I still feel the burn the way I'm doing it as well.

You just answered yourself. The reason you can lift heavier is because you cut the range of motion. Your shoulder muscles are able to go really low. Go all the way down And all the way up. If you can do a full range of motion then drop the weight and slowly build up. This girl is retarded. You look at her body and you think she knows what she is talking about. She doesn't.
