Hey guys short and sweet, this is where i am. Im training hard and making progress. This is my Physique UPDATE and so far so good, if you have any questions please ask down below. Im weak in alot of areas but no time like the NOW to get training. Im working on my body,mind and face. It feels good to be in control of your situation and i hope to be a motivation for all who look to improve their Physiques

I'm also aiming to lose weight and flatten my tummy (but not really aiming to have abs 😁). So i start to workout (simple aerobics since i have limited time) last month. I'm also trying to lessen my carbo intake. Hoping to see some results at the end of the year. I want to continue this as long as i can. I admit its so difficult to lose weight especially I have slow metabolism. Anyway, good job. Keep it up. 😊

Seeing what you have done with mewing, I'm interested to see what you will do with bodybuilding. My back has become a stronger point over the years through working on pull-ups progressively (asymmetrical variations, weighted reps, more reps, etc.).

Ayeee nice man! Are you currently bulking, cutting or recomping? And why did you choose 5x5? If your goal is to mainly get stronger, that’s a great program, but if you’re going for size and aesthetics, I’d highly recommend a push pull legs split focused on hypertrophy (muscle size) - 3 sets of 8-12 reps for all exercises.

Hey man you look very good. You dont really have high body fat and are blessed with a leanness where you don’t look fat or sloppy even in the “skinny fat” pic and it means your muscle definition is happening quickly. My one warning would be gaining fat is bad and as you get older it becomes easier. So pay attention to that as its hard to diet and lose weight as you tend to create “set points” and reducing calories results in a slower metabolism. I’m 5’9” which isn’t tall and I look fat with a few pounds where someone taller can carry weight better. I let myself get 15-20 lbs over weight by age 30 and despite physical jobs, going to the gym, being super active I have to ride my bike and watch what I eat.

If you want abs as well do HIIT for losing the body fat, abs will come overtime they’re always there but people tend to store body fat more around there so when it’s time to shred out do HIIT and fasting

Intensity doesn't make you grow as much as volume but as a beginner, anything works really. Also, you probably dont have any lacking body parts, your whole body its lacking(as any beginner) Now with trt, you could do very good with a recomp type of diet, trying to lose fat and gaining muscle, works very well at your stage. Look into nucleus overload. 20 rep squats. Old school golden era Bodybuilding. Full body all the way splits will work but not as good as full body

@@graisen.nicholson I've tried those bs 100 pushups per day challenges and it didn't work, that's basically what nucleaus overload is right? Plus you don't need to look into starving yourself to know that it's not good for you.

@@astroskyofficial I have some question for you, in a photo of your childhood that are there in internet you had ectopic canines (out of dental arch), is that photo true?, and now im guessing that you even have four healthy wisdom teeth, so, the question is, can i straight ny teeth and reopen extraction spaces by mewing? I also have impacted canines but unfortunately i have received the knowledge of mewing too late and i have 2 teeth extracted, but i hope that i can reopen spaces, put 2 implant and save wisdom teeth, i have 16 years now, im not focusing a lot in jawline (obviously it will be great) but im focusing in palatal expansion and pulling my face up and fowards (sorry for that great amount of text and some english mistakes).

Not everyone can get significant results from mewing though, it all depends on your existing genetics. Working out and improving your physique is a much more certain way of improving your looks.
