This summer will have about no poker, but it will have a lot of dealing poker. I'm dealing the summer poker series at The Orleans on W Tropicana in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 2024 Orleans Summer Open is the official name. Here are my tales.

You need a routine like Trevor Bauer but with weighted cards. Long toss, kneeling reverse throws, max velocity, etc. Especially between starts. Enjoying the dealing vids!

23 days in a row, with a lot of OT, is pretty impressive imo. I don't think I ever did more than 7 in a row. Right now I'm dealing 5 days a week and having arm/shoulder pain and tired lol. So don't feel deflated.

You probably got a stinger it's just a nerve pinch in your shoulder and neck that makes your arm go limp and numb if you get it good enough like I have you see guys jog off the field with their arm hanging down sometimes

I've heard a % of people who come to come to deal the summer start dropping off because of the grind. Have you noticed this?

Don't kill yourself to try to get working every day it's fine brother you need to rest just like the players

Along with everyone else, I imagine, here are a few health suggestions from an old guy. First, you might want to see an allergist to get shots or try wearing a mask while outdoors. On the muscle aches, see some YT vids about doing upper body and neck gentle stretches (NOT joint cracks). Stretching the big back and shoulder muscles, along with periodic gentle neck rolls, can work wonders! Finally, you can get some muscle relaxer pills that also work great ... but must be limited so you don't get loopy. Hope you feel better! 🙏

I would deal a shit load of hours during COVID in home games and never had problems with my arm hurting. Maybe you need to work on ur pitch and posture

You don't have to go through life with a messed up shoulder and say every time you swinging a golf club it hurts… Go to a specialist dude that's what doctors are for I guarantee you he could fix your shoulder to swing a golf club again
