265/30/19 works out and a 275/30/19 is the same diameter as the stock 235…. Were you thinking of staying with a 35 series tire?

My problem is having to keep the same front to rear diameter ratio, because it's AWD.

@@MyNameIdeasWereTaken totally understand but 275/30/19 and 235/35/19 work out to the same diameter but that’s a lot of rubber to tuck under the front fenders, I’ve seen 19x10 et42 with 265/30/19 tires on the front of a 996 gt3 so it’s doable on the slightly wider 997 front end

What would a "decent" paint job cost? 10k? I know when my dad had his Cessna 172 painted it was ridiculous--35k. I don't know if the automotive world is the sameish as the aviation world -- paint wise that is.

I've seen some quality paint jobs done locally for around $5k. The real expense comes down to the paint itself. A bit more than I want to fork over for a car that I track and drive... But maybe one day when all of the other projects are done.
