Meat is insanely expensive wherei live so being able to pull out a roast or a chicken or a steak is impossible. I feed 6 so I find this the most challenging. Butter and cheese too are too expensive for us. I cook from scratch for every meal. Every dish starts with onions and seasonins and usually is over rice potato or pasta. Iake my own sopa, laundry detergent etc so i am all about learning from other women so if anyone jas any advice please let me know

Have you looked into buying meat in bulk from a butcher in our area it's alot cheaper than the supermarket

@cindythompson3960 thanks Cindy my country ( Spain) the butchers charge premium but it did give me the idea to ask my Spanish neighbours where they shop. They are well off but every Spanish abuela knows where the good places are.
