Fair predictions 👌, I reckon if Netherlands does choose to participate then they will get a top 10 placement because ppl will want to undo what happened in 2024, and if it's Joost again then they could easily win or get top 2

It’s really cool that you predict a Grand Final Result even if we have no idea what the “songs” are gonna sound like yet. Maybe you’re right that Israel won’t be so lucky next year, but who knows? Maybe most of the people will vote for Israel because of their “song” not as much of the politics. And I hope Latvia will shape up and continue its qualification streak a little longer.

Latvia could place top 10 if they could qualify, neither does Georgia, both countries had a peak of top 10s in the 2000s & 2010s (Latvia placed 3rd in 2000, 1st in 2002, 5th in 2005, 6th in 2015 & Georgia placed top 10 with placing 9th in 2010 & 2011)

I doubt Sweden to flop. Jury loves them to much. Unless a flop means place 11 to 15. But i hope for everything unexpected and wish San Marino to be top 10.

I think that Romania 🇷🇴 will also return. And I won't be shocked if Poland 🇵🇱 withdraws, since their participation hasn't been confirmed yet and their selection process in recent years has been corrupt. I agree that the Netherlands 🇳🇱 will not withdraw after all. Oh, and it is unlikely that the televoting winner will win overall as long as juries don't vote in the semifinals. And Malta & Azerbaijan will not qualify again for the same reason.

i also believe Bulgaria is also returning, if its a yes, this also marks the first time that all the former Warsaw pact states competed without Poland since 2013 (Albania, Bulgaria, Czechia, Romania)

@GalaxyNokiaGames You're missing Slovakia 🇸🇰 & Hungary 🇭🇺 though. Also, 2 former Soviet states (Russia, Belarus) are gone for good.

In my opinion Spain will not win as long as it chooses its candidate through the Benidorm Fest.

Benidorm Fest gave Spain 3rd place in 2022.

@@dimidrugg9592 The national selections for the big 5 countries are not really a good thing in the sense that they only attract second-rate or unknown artists, of course there are exceptions like Pravi or Chanel but they remain very rare, and then the atmosphere reigning at the Benidorm Fest does not allow for healthy competition, I remember that this year the public caused a lot of chaos to influence the jury's votes

@kapijo First of all, the Sanremo Festival which produces Italy's (big 5 nation) Eurovision entries attracts some of the most prominent pop musicians every year, including a few legendary music veterans. That is probably why Italy achieves consistently great results. Second, it is the so-called exceptions that can make a country win Eurovision. No national selection can produce a top 3 Eurovision entry every year. That said, I agree that there tends to be drama behind Benidorm Fest, and the voting system itself is flawed.
