Dude, I have to say thank you. You're skill is far higher than mine, no ass kissing, it's just a fact. But sitting and watching you learn, how you learn and everything honestly reminds me of exactly how I do it. But I have a problem even getting myself to learn anything because I feel like I can't or won't be able to or it's just not worth taking the time. Watching these videos has inspired me to quit dicking around and start learning songs again. Thank you whole heartedly.

I totally understand your rant on the muscle memory thing and overthinking it. What i like to do is practice it a ton at the speed i'm comfortable with ''while thinking about playing'' , then take a 5-10 mins pause, then when i come back, the music plays trough me instead of me trying to ''force'' the music out if that makes sense. Something with my brain getting overloaded i think. Was really nice to see your process of learning the riff. Even the ones we look up to struggle sometime! Keep up the good work brother. I was at the bare knuckle booth at namm 2020, and was playing a cool mayones guitar, blue swamp ash body, it wasn't even plugged in but I could tell it was a monster guitar,..and then Aaron shows up, and plays that guitar for his set at the bareknuckle booth. It was weird. And cool. He was great. Didn't drop a damn note that I could detect.

Idk about this wheel of riffs. I like more "committed to a theme" videos. I think your videos in the past that focus on a style of a band or genre are more relatable to the average fan. Your videos are about "learning on the fly " yeah... but that alone isn't all that hyped from the start. a theme that outshines "wheel of random riffs" is probably better my dude! I think knowing the theme of what is to come gives the viewer a starting expectation and its not as fun seeing you go though a "rouge like dungeon" vs " a cool static dungeon that everyone knows" if that gaming reference makes sense here.
