906,062 vortec are the same one casting is better than the other but both are thin heads ,as far as performance wise ain’t no difference

Vortecs are 1996 and up. If it has multi port fuel injection it’s a vortec. None of the throttle body fuel injection Chevys had the “good” heads on them and really you’re better off just rebuilding your 350 and putting your money into a good matched cam and top end kit.
