So I know the HelloFresh was an ad but I’ve been buying them for a few weeks again because it helps me actually eat (especially as a single person)…. I would love to know more about how you decide what is LSF approved. I was thinking I know TIU is technically a “competitor” but they do meal plans and it would be awesome to have a kit based on the meal plan sent to me every week.

There are a ton of great drugstore products out there! I'd recommend going to an Ulta and consulting with someone there to help you find the best products for your skin type and budget! :)

So when I do the double portions, we get 3 dinners + 3 lunches. So not the full week for me, but you can get a full week of meals, double portions and you would be in good shape :) I like it because I can still modify as I want to.
