Fi-Di has been one of the cheapest areas per sqf for a while. That apt never cost $5000. Actually even 3600 is slightly overpaying. But hey.

@@baandoptager I understand that with covid promos, that 3600 can flip to 4500 real quick the next year. It's also def not subsidized so subject to market rate hikes. I can't imagine having to move/logistics after a year due to that.

Again fi-di isn't really a desirable place to live, that's why it's been struggling to convert office buildings to condos. But it won't help, it's a day area, Dunkin donuts and shitty pizza. That's about it.

I just wanted to ask, could you pls make a video on why it’s worth living in New York for that price, and also your total monthly costs in rent (office, house rentals etc). 3600 USD, wow. I live in Denmark, bought a 150m2 house and the morgage, electricity and taxes adds up to 750 USD per month. It even has a large garden. Why anyone would pay 3600 USD for a small apartment is a mystery to me. - Even if its in New York.
