The second apartment for me! The first one is nice but you can tell a room with a bay window has been divided in an odd way. Cash, that was one nice-looking pen you were using at 8:35. I'm glad to see that even though you're a computer/camera/technology person you were using a nice old-fashioned writing instrument. I looked several times and I think your pen is a ball-point or maybe a gel pen. Here a suggestion, Cash: When you reach 200, 000 subscribers maybe buy yourself a nice fountain pen to commemorate the occasion.

Cash Kings Highway is one of the oldest streets in Brooklyn. It is a long street .But not the longest. It starts in Bensonhurst and ends in Brownsville area near Brookdale Hospital. Where you was in the Gravesend area near Midwood. I use to live near the F train (Avenue X) . That part of Kings Highway where you were it is a decent area. Those apts should go fast. When it comes to Best Buy I like the Best Buy in Bensonhurst. It is on Bay Parkway in the Caesar's Bay shopping center.

I like the second one better. The set up is less fussy (the angles in that first one make for some challenges!) and the kitchen is open to the living area, so it feels bigger. That said, they're both really nice. I like running errands with you - it's informative. Also, Target actually has a decent variety of shavers.

I like the view of the first apartment with the mid-rise apartment buildings and the small park. The apartment building at the opposite site can easily be from the early 1900's so it already has some age to it and is nice to look at. But on the other hand I do like the open plan kitchen of the 2nd apartment better, there are no strange angles in the bedrooms either.

I'll take Door #2, Cashew. It feels more open. I would divide the space with a sofa and put the table behind the sofa (like a parson's table) and you could just add a few more chairs if you have company. I only like a few people, so I always have plenty of space. Maybe I just need to recover from LockDown. Was in the Village last night and people are still riding their bikes fully masked. But there were plenty of people. Now all NYC needs to do is figure out whose going to be Mayor.
@annthrockmorton15173 жыл бұрын
Cash; some of those (especially newer/high end) microwaves actually may be also "Convection Oven combinations"! That would be at least as important as sink sprayers! When you open it, if it's aluminum inside, it's a convection oven, too! So you can bake/broil in it! You knew that -- but let *us* know?!

I used to live in that area (between O and P), and KgsHwy used to be my stop. This is ALL the way out in Brooklyn, almost as far as one can get from Manhattan, but on the flip side, it is super close to the beach. A couple of stops. So there's that. :) Both apartments are cool, but the second one is better IMO, feels more open in both the kitchen and the dining area. That said, if someone likes their kitchen separate from their living space, then the first apartment offers that. Oh, and hope you find the perfect shaver. :)

Those couches could actually be redone really cheap to look pretty good. All they would need is the fabric ripped off, maybe some new foam where it’s chewed, they would need to be cleaned and then new fabric put on. Maybe new cushions if you want but if you put cushions covers and new fabric then they should be fine. Honestly you could fix those couches up for under 70$ and sell them for like 200$

I've worked in the area and it's not a great place to live without a car and if you have a car there's hardly any street parking. The F train ALWAYS has issues and during the winter months there are usually homeless people in the stations. From a law enforcement perspective, not a lot of "violent crimes" but larcenies are very high.
