Giving usmle was a sudden plan for me , I’ve finished my step 1 in feb 2022, and I am prepping for step 2 CK, while working too. Ive no research or volunteering experience.. and I’m an introvert so I was not so much active in my med college years too even though I’ve learnt quite few extracurriculars. I’m willing to work on everything now .. can you guide me when is the proper time and how can one make a stronger profile with all this gaps . Thank you in advance :)

Congratulations 🎉 for Matching into Residency I want to ask a question that Can we do observership with a 3rd year Resident of internal Medicine to get an LOR? Means If you know someone who is practicing in US and he is your good friend
