Рекомендация, когда поднимете вес больше 100 КГ нужно фиксировать груза!!!. Когда на штанге 180 КГ и её немного тянет в сторону блины могут съехать и произойти нехорошее, баланс уже не поймаешь, а это произойдет рано или поздно вне зависимости от профессионализма и опыта.

To top it off, not only is Schoolboy doing much more armwrestling training than Leonidas, Schoolboys MASSIVE, toyed with him like at 18 years old on the left arm already, but even on the compound lifts Schoolboy is exceedingly strong as an ARMWRESTLER and hes still extremely young!

Leonidas is currently training very hard for arm wrestling. His training has completely changed because he focuses on it much more. He defeated Larry Wheels in arm wrestling without any major problems. I'll be honest, I don't think schoolboy has a chance this time.
