I decided to cover what a 'normal' week of running looks like for me. Obviously there are some deviations from week to week, and whether I am training for a race or not, but generally the structure and layout of the week stays pretty constant.
I cover how many times a week I run, and why, when I am able to fit my running in around other commitments, and what other supplementary activities I do to support my running and overall fitness.
00:00- Intro
01:21- Rough Weekly Structure
03:53- Why I Run 3-4 Times Per Week
06:26- Preferences
07:20- Supplementary Activities
09:44- Summary
This isn't a vlog telling people what they should do, it is purely me explaining what I do and why it works for me at the moment. Everyone is different, with different ambitions, time constraints, training styles etc, so take what you want to from it, I am no expert!
How often do you run each week? Are you just starting out and finding your way, building up slowly? Are you a seasoned runner, running almost every day? Let me know in the comments what you do and why it works for you.......
