In the in age of endless information I am grateful to be reminded that we are indeed now in a new Age Of Articulation. Self speak specifically has been a buzzword in this more recent era but, 'Self Love is heard in ones own silence" resonates with me the most and as she puts it, "ferociously'. Christina Helena absolutely drives home the smart anchor point to all who are creating a better and uplifting life for oneself and she does so with the grounded smart grounded foundation.

I loved this speech!! What a powerful delivery with such elegance. Christina demonstrates how all of us can overcome our scars and not just redefine them but, transform the stigmas into inner strength. Thank you Christina for being an inspirational force to so many.

Your scar IS sexy and your story is powerful. The part where you say ,"Whatever it is that you are ashamed of? It can become the sexiest thing about you", really hits home. We cvarry so much shame with us for so many things. Thank you for baring your soul and creating healing through conversation.

Wow, this was so powerful. Thank you for sharing this story with us. I cried so hard at your bravery and at your realizations about yourself and your willingness to to step into your power, as scary as that was... because it’s something that I struggle with everyday. Thank you for inspiring me Christina, to thrive, to live, to love myself truly. Scars and all.

Tina, this is amazing! I am now ugly crying at work, in my office. I have a huge window and people are starting to stare. We all have scars and they can be physical and emotional. Your 13 inch scar IS damn sexy, girl! Just like my 5 inch scar as a result of bringing 2 little humans to life. Your story (and your entire essence and attitude) is where I find strength on a rainy day. Keep doing what you do and spread your incredible experiences because your narrative helps many shape theirs. Proud of you.

WOW. All of this was so well-said and exactly what everyone should hear. It is powerful indeed. That’s really incredible how you survived pancreatic cancer and you have incredible instinct and intuition. (On a side note, I know doctors aren’t perfect but I’ve had my fair share of going to multiple doctors for something I knew was serious and they didn’t believe me until serious happened. So I felt frustrated hearing that for you) Thanks for sharing your story.

How crazy is it that YOU have to tell the doctor what to do. I know that’s not the norm, but thank goodness you were assertive and the guy you were with at the time planted the seed. Maybe that’s the reason he was in your life. You’re also a great speaker.
