The color palette you have been wearing in your videos is amazing! I feel best in similar colors. The Dress Your Truth System would call these colors "dirty shades". The aqua you showed and said didn't work has way too much white but the one in the striped fabric has that dirty quality.

Yes, it's so true! All of my decor has muted tones. Very autumnal. I don't think my skin is light olive, but more neutral. Thanks for watching!

Hi Christine! I can totally tell the difference when you are wearing the Autumn colors you stand out, not the clothes. They are very complementary. When you had the light green shirt on and the brighter yellow colors I was focusing on the shirt first instead of you. However, the brighter tomato red I really liked, so who knows. I had my colors done and I’m the opposite of you, a true summer. I also adapted quickly to my new colors. In actuality I had many of the colors already in my wardrobe. Probably the biggest surprise to me was that grey is my neutral. On its own I always thought of it as a bland color so never would pick it for my wardrobe. But when I wear it, all my coloring comes alive. Go figure! Also, I thought the navy looked good. I have heard that it is a universally flattering color. I always wore a lot of Navy and it is in my pallet as a neutral instead of black.

A soft winter does not exist. Winters are inherently more bright (otherwise you're a summer) . A dark winter does exist! Colours are either not mixed (bright), mixed with white (light), black (dark) or grey (soft). White and black are inherently bright, so it's impossible to be truely dark ánd soft. Somewhat dark (colours mixed with dark grey) are autumn or summer.

Soft Winter a title within the Caygill system. There are other unique titles such as Green Gold Autumn etc but I don’t know them all. I think the system goes off the elements of nature that are within. That sort of thing. But I think the correspondence is dark winter if that makes sense. Thanks for watching!

i actually feel strongly that your previous way of dressing, coloring your hair and how you presented yourself through website etc, was far more true to you. I am following DRESSING YOUR TRUTH by Carol Tuttle which uses a more spiritual and physical approach for color analysis and in that system you might be a type 4. I really dont like warm fall colors on you.

I love the winter season with Dressing Your Truth, and def can relate to the more calm, serene vibe she explains the winters to be. Definitely. The Fall season in her system was very textural if I'm remembering right. Mixed patterns and high energy. In the Susan Caygill system, which I was originally a Soft Winter, I think vibe might have been part of it too. Going of vibe, I def feel winter! lol Thanks for the comment! xo

@@XtineRoseElle the type 4 system of DYT does indeed promotes stillness, In the end what matters the most is how YOU feel within the color system. Is just that i know you for some years and i really loved your before look and how BEAUTIFUL and SWEET everything felt in all that you did, from pdfs, to videos, to website and clothes and so on.
