As a (modest) Alekhine defense and e4 player I was always bothered by the Scandi/French defense and one day I "missplayed" 2.Nc3 vs the scandi, and then realizing the knight maneuvres weren't so different than some lines of the Alekhine and it was clearly playable. Trying to make it also work against the French (defense, not people, I mean I'm French myself so...anyway!) I really hate facing but, sadly, without the same success. Good shoutout to that underrated response to 1.d5 Solomon ! Chess is so fun outside of the main lines/opening man.Good job, you make me consider buying your course now hmmm...
