Are you still using ZirCAD LT in your practice with the introduction of newer zirconia blocks? (Katana One, ZirCad Prime)...Love your videos!

ZirCAD LT for posterior longer spanning bridge. For single units, I an using Katana, Prime, CEREC MTL, and ZirCAD multi for aesthetics cases, and then for 3 unit bridges with adequate occlosial height, then i am going for Katana or ZirCAD MT multi.

Yes, on bridges in the connector zones to add chroma, and on the cervical side of the pontic.

How about multilayer cyrconium ? I think you can't use them cause you are cerec addict. In case you can I can let you know which one is the best and yeah it is translucent and yeah it can accommodate 14 units, implant horseshoe bridges - 3 years observation with no breaks, cracks. So far, over 30 such kind of bridges performed.

With the Dentsply Sirona system as with other platforms, we can mill with both pucks and blocks base on the milling system. I just happen to use the Dentsply Sirona system and have used others as well. This video is focused on Chairside users. I use multilayered blocks as well. I have been fabricating and applying zirconia applications for 10 plus years. Zirconia 3Y, 4Y, and 5Y options are chosen based on clinical demands and engineering recommendations for the various levels of zirconia performance metrics. All the best.
