Hi Mark. That's a good return for auction job lot boxes. We aim to 10x our buy cost, and when all our expenses are paid, we usually make around 50% profit on our selling price. Doesn't always go to plan though. We only sell online (mainly etsy) and I'm reluctant to reduce prices too much to get rid of old stock. Doing the flea markets is a good way to shift it.

Totally agree 👍. I also try to keep out of the price race to the bottom. Tend to find I typically get two thirds of the original asking price at the fleas, which still delivers a decent profit 😁👍.
