Thank you so much. I never knew that I could add a shadow to a photo in Canva. I've used Canva for many years. It just goes to show that there's always something new that we can all learn. I think Photopea gives you the option to remove the background on a photo...I could be wrong though! Many thanks x

Hi Kate, I found you a year ago and started my Etsy journey with digitals but switched over to POD and now I'm wanting to go back to digital. I have been searching but stilI looking for a specific tutorial on saving instant printable downloads and saving them in different sizes with canva pro. I have your free digital product starter guide, thank you! I thought you did a tutorial on how to save different sizes of instant download printables on one page. I tried to save different sizes at the same time but then the wouldn't load on etsy. I'm missing a step I guess. I have 5 different designs in one template, so do I need to have each design in it's own template to save 4 sizes at once? Sorry if this is confusing. I'm sure it's a simple answer, but I'm getting frustrated at this point. Thank you for all you help so far!

Glad you enjoyed it! You can use images that you source on another website but you just want to make sure you read the license you purchase with them to make sure it allows for commercial usage in templates as some do not.

Yay! You can create them on a platform like Canva and sell them on a website like Etsy or Shopify. I have lots of great tutorials on my Canva playlist if you’re interested in learning more :)

Hi! Thank you for the thorough tutorial. Great techniques and I will for sure be trying these out. I just wanted to ask if the elements provided from Canva (eg photos, graphics etc) come licensed so that you can use them in your designs for sale (I have the pro version). I’m just getting started and I want to make sure I’m doing everything right, I don’t want to end up with copyright infringements etc. Any advice you can give is much appreciated!

Canva has separate licenses for their free content and pro content- they have all the terms for each spelled out on their website so you can read and make sure you can use it for what you’re thinking! The pro content has more restrictions than the free.

Just a note, you can't sell standalone prints of Canva content, such as a printout of a stock photo (without any other design elements) on a t-shirt 😚

Indeed! Working with a real human designer still is the best for me. But I am also using Canva for quick graphic designs.
