Full body 3x per week with a bit of conditioning after. Other than that just get outside and walk daily. Walking is the easiest way to stay lean of all time.

It’s simple, Upper Body, lower body and Full body workout program focusing on heavy compound lifts on the key areas ( Chest, Back, Shoulders and Legs) and after do a little intense cardio for conditioning and walk for the rest of the week, probably throw and accessory day for Bis and Tris. Diet wise Greg has already said that he Fasts but stick to he’s caloric goal. That is he fasts but eats within maintenance, he never over eats. Thus why he can eat those epic dinners and chocolate Because he stick to he’s caloric goal. As for those days you don’t workout, just walk. Walking helps a lot and it’s the most ignored cardio when it’s up there along with Elliptical, Stair Master and Cycling. It’s low impact and you can do it anywhere and enjoy it fully. This plan is mostly for those who have tough work professions or are like Greg who are wealthy and are always on the go enjoying life

Instead of fasting, is it okay to have a 200cals protein shake first thing in the morning before a workout? Protein powder, 200ml low fat milk, a fist of frozen (blue)berries, 1teaspoon reedbeet powder , 1 tablespoon blackmacaroot. ?

You’d need to know what time exactly he breaks he’s fasting, then learn what he’s eating window is and from there know he’s caloric goal. Diet for this program you’d need to eat caloric dense foods that will pack the calories within a window. You can eat two meals or three meals as long as it add to your caloric goal. The trick is making sure you meet the goal before the eating window ends

If you want a healthier alternative for steak you can use a protein like a chicken and use an air fryer that way you don’t fry the chicken but it’s like you’re eating fried chicken

Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body Focus on heavy Compound lifts and increase volume over time. During those three days do 30 min max of cardio, switch it up and simply fast the whole day or within the rules of the program and stick to your caloric goal. If your aiming for 2100-2500 to cut weight then you need to break your fast and eat meals that equal to those calories within an eating window. As for the next 4 Days simply walk 10k plus steps, stick to your caloric deficit or maintenance, drink lots of water and coffee and enjoy your life style.

Also adding to what I wrote, you can add an accessory day. Accessory is just another term used to say arms, that is your Biceps and Tris. That’s up to you though.
