I had near perfect body and diet most my life, then gave up on diet and exercise late 30s...I got fat and lazy and was riddled with pains and medical issues like cholesterol and nervous system issues. I finally had enough of being my own victim and have changed those habits back to wise choices with discipline. Your videos along with many others videos has helped me remember who I am. This transformation is new to me, I never knew that side of life. It is interesting to pay attention to and feel as I return back to health through diet and exercise. Its not as easy as I thought it was then, and results seem to be slower the further from my goals I am...so it does get easier. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me help myself. That goes for anyone setting an example and being proud to do so, it drives me to be my best.

Been on this now for awhile now. Definitely see improvement. Gains. I feel great. I used to be a gym freak back in the day. Let myself go after some depression and stress came into my life. Fell through what is called “Derealization” I just wana say thanks you. I appreciate these videos and what you do for your viewers. It’s givin me motivation to get myself back to where I want to be. Keeps my mind off of worrying and focused more on my goals. You probably won’t read this but much appreciated. Huge inspiration. Keep striving and never fold G 💯

I've been in the same boat. Have suffered from severe depression for years. I wasn't eating healthy and was out of shape and unhappy with my body for years. It was a large part of my depression. Finally I followed an easy 20 day exercise plan to get started for a beginner; 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 squats, 50 leg raises, 10 pullups (or the closest you can do, even if it's just hanging from the bar), 2 min planking, and a half hour of walk/jogging. I kept repeating that simple plan each 20 days. I also ate healthy like this you tuber suggests and drank only water, milk, and green tea. No sugar or junk food. It's still hard but I realized if I didn't get myself out of bed and doing a little exercise each day, I would remain like an unhappy log in bed. Now I'm 60 lbs down and am working to get some muscle. I still have depression but much less and can get out of bed and moving now. Set alarms to remind you to exercise each day and stick to it. The results will be worth it. Also, exercise and a healthy diet has been shown to help slightly with depression. Good luck. :)

Hi Chris Thank you for this incredible video it’s exactly how I love my food groups however I have been going back and forth with my diets and lifestyle choices and probably half the reason why I’m not consistent since 2020 started and jumping all over the place with my diets. I am at my best when I’m consistent with how you eat however when it comes to the female cycle it throws me off and if I give into any temptation of carbs I’m back on the yo yo cycle at the same time I don’t crave carbs or sugar, I feel crap after consuming these and very bloated too. I recently paid a fitness coach to draw me up a nutrition plan. It’s been 8 days and I put on 6 kilos ! I’m 5’9 and weight 76 kilos right now thigh is too much. She gave me 1530 calories to consume a day and the meals looked like: Calories - 1530 Protein - 133g Carbohydrates - 121g Fats - 57g Fibre - 25g Example meal plan; Meal 1: 45g x Noshu low carb pancake mix (dry) 50g x Blueberries 35mls x Queens maple syrup Snack: 50g x Brazilian nuts Meal 2: 125g x Raw Coles chicken breast steaks (lemon & herb) 100g x Raw broccoli 100g x Raw sweet potato 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 160g x Yopro vanilla yogurt 300g x Watermelon Meal 3: 200g x Raw eye fillet steak 100g x Raw broccoli 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 40g x MN casein custard 100g x Raspberries Does this look like something that can make me loose fat when I already feel fuller and bloated constantly. I’m pretty active most of the time but my job is sitting down for 8 hours a day at the desk. Is there anything you can help with. I love how you eat and how toned and lean you are. I need to get to the best shape of my life before Dec this year. Please help, happy to pay.
