I had near perfect body and diet most my life, then gave up on diet and exercise late 30s...I got fat and lazy and was riddled with pains and medical issues like cholesterol and nervous system issues. I finally had enough of being my own victim and have changed those habits back to wise choices with discipline. Your videos along with many others videos has helped me remember who I am. This transformation is new to me, I never knew that side of life. It is interesting to pay attention to and feel as I return back to health through diet and exercise. Its not as easy as I thought it was then, and results seem to be slower the further from my goals I am...so it does get easier. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me help myself. That goes for anyone setting an example and being proud to do so, it drives me to be my best.

I dropped 45 pounds in 4 months in 2021 but gained back in less than a Year , from 255 to 215 , the key was calorie deficit ,low carb high protein and I was excersising 5 times a Week for 90 Minutes . From Monday through Friday .. Another key was THE PIG day was on Saturday where I ate all I wanted 😁 .. [ aprox eating 3,000 to 3,500 calories ] Then Sunday was detox clean up day eating only 1,000 Cal ... Then, back to 5 days, eating 1,800 Cal and daily workouts! Right now, I am at 250 heavy and setting my mind to 2023 ! JAN FEB MARCH I will lose 35 pounds, then Abril May 18 pounds to reach my 2023 goal of 200 lbs ... Then I am going for the Gold Reach 170 pounds before December 31 2023! I can't wait !! counting days for JAN 1 2023 🎉🎆🎊

all the best to you! the exercise is half the battle, the other half is educating yourself on nutrition, and don't let that negative voice in your head talk you out of achieving whatever goals you want to set for yourself!

Hi Chris Thank you for this incredible video it’s exactly how I love my food groups however I have been going back and forth with my diets and lifestyle choices and probably half the reason why I’m not consistent since 2020 started and jumping all over the place with my diets. I am at my best when I’m consistent with how you eat however when it comes to the female cycle it throws me off and if I give into any temptation of carbs I’m back on the yo yo cycle at the same time I don’t crave carbs or sugar, I feel crap after consuming these and very bloated too. I recently paid a fitness coach to draw me up a nutrition plan. It’s been 8 days and I put on 6 kilos ! I’m 5’9 and weight 76 kilos right now thigh is too much. She gave me 1530 calories to consume a day and the meals looked like: Calories - 1530 Protein - 133g Carbohydrates - 121g Fats - 57g Fibre - 25g Example meal plan; Meal 1: 45g x Noshu low carb pancake mix (dry) 50g x Blueberries 35mls x Queens maple syrup Snack: 50g x Brazilian nuts Meal 2: 125g x Raw Coles chicken breast steaks (lemon & herb) 100g x Raw broccoli 100g x Raw sweet potato 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 160g x Yopro vanilla yogurt 300g x Watermelon Meal 3: 200g x Raw eye fillet steak 100g x Raw broccoli 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 40g x MN casein custard 100g x Raspberries Does this look like something that can make me loose fat when I already feel fuller and bloated constantly. I’m pretty active most of the time but my job is sitting down for 8 hours a day at the desk. Is there anything you can help with. I love how you eat and how toned and lean you are. I need to get to the best shape of my life before Dec this year. Please help, happy to pay.

One of the most important things to know about cutting fat out of the diet is that it has been shown to cause memory issues, increase risk of stroke and heart attack, and most importantly it increases the change of dementia later in life. I feel like the 0 fat fad of the 80s and 90s really contributed to my moms dementia. It didnt run in any of our families and the only change I could find was that.

Chris, I recommend eating brown rice instead of white. More nutrition and it has 3.5 grams fiber per cooked cup, while white rice has only 0.6 grams fiber. Brown also has a little more protein.
@Minimal4443 жыл бұрын
Brown rice has much higher levels of inorganic arsenic and phytic acid, which is an antinutrient. Almost all protein in rice goes to waste, since it is not an animal protein and is hardly absorbable. If you choose between the two, you better choose white. Much less arsenic and phytic acid and much tastier. There is a reason Japanese live the longest, they got it right.

I really don’t care what nutritional value brown rice has. If it’s not something I can enjoy long term, then it’s not sustainable and more than likely it will derail my goals. I eat what I enjoy.
@cedergrenpeter3 жыл бұрын
@@Minimal444 As for your comment, "almost all protein in rice goes to waste, since it is not an animal protein and is hardly absorbed" try telling that to Bill Pearl, vegetarian bodybuilder and former four time Mr. Universe. A 3.5-ounce (100-gram) serving of brown rice has fewer calories and carbs than white rice and twice as much fiber. In general, brown rice also has higher amounts of vitamins and minerals than white rice. However, enriched white rice is higher in iron and folate. What’s more, brown rice contains more antioxidants and essential amino acids. A study in more than 197,000 people found that replacing 50 grams per day of white rice with the same amount of brown rice was associated with a 16% lower risk of type 2 diabetes. Whole grains are also linked to a reduced risk of heart disease, obesity, and certain cancers. Therefore, choosing whole-grain brown, red, black, or wild rice is an excellent choice for health. Plus, these varieties are richer in disease-fighting antioxidants. Consuming a diet high in antioxidant-rich foods can benefit health in many ways. Studies demonstrate that people who consume more dietary antioxidants - such as those in brown, red, black, or wild rice - have lower risks of conditions like metabolic syndrome, depression, certain cancers, and heart disease

Quick question- I train hard 6 times a week including cardio, HIIT, and strength training and I eat very healthy and on a caloric deficit... If you wanted to have a few nights out with your friends, what are your thoughts on having drinks and the occasional 'cheat' meal at dinner? How does this effect your training and do you have the occasional alcohol?
@fpoba19763 жыл бұрын
I saw this asked somewhere else. In this case it was recommended to have something like a shot, low in calories basically. Whisky on the rocks, with soda etc. is an example. And don't mix drinks because that wrecks havoc. On the other hand a glass or two of wine should be just fine too.
