I think the word is more planned and organized which will eventually lead to more development. In Nairobi, people like to cut corners and build however they want. We need to keep our greenery, even in the poorer locations.

Kenyans need to stop the stereotype about Tz on infrastructure and live in reality. There's no difference btn Tanzania & Kenya in term of infrastructure. Be Tall buildings, roads and other public infrastructure.

Yes, Dar has some skyscrapers near CBD, but the rest of the city, is concentrated on some old styled buildings. Even the outskirts of Nairobi, have a better skyline. You can hold your truth, but Nairobi has a better and advanced skyline than Dar es salaam.
